It's a perfect location for me on spending a weekend in Shenzhen for a musical show as the theater is right next to the hotel while it's only 2 minutes away from the metro exit. Despite it's an old style hotel, room sizes are relatively big compared with those newly opened design hotels. Interior are well maintained and overall value for money.

Jossce provided professional, thoughtful, and attentive service. She proactively helped with the room upgrade and made all the necessary arrangements. The room was excellent, fully equipped with facilities, and had a nice view. The location was great, situated in the bustling downtown business district of Shenzhen with convenient transportation. It's definitely worth recommending.

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

Excellent service from every single staff interaction we had, especially at horizon club - exactly what you'd expect from a Shangri-la property. Room was clean and comfy with their generous pillow selection. Lobby is currently decked out in festive cheer and looks fantastic. My slight disappointment was with the food - Horizon club food felt a bit lacking in selection and quality (sandwiches and pastries tasted a bit stale), especially compared to the Hong Kong Shangs. Breakfast quality and spread was definitely a bit lacklustre.

My last day stay in Ritz of my 4th visit to this hotel. Oh just realised that the Reception Team Duty Manager is Jimmy Chen (My last review posted yesterday wrongly quoted as Albin Lee). Jimmy had always been extraordinarily helpful and polite. He is smart and quick in response, offered the best solutions when I had not even raised the questions. Excellent reception counter service, worth commendations. It is so thoughtful of the team and hotel to give us a small Christmas pouch for celebrating Christmas time, very sweet💝. I will sure make my 5th visit in 2025!

I had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to get around. Excellent service, like the good weather here. The hotel rooms are really large, and the facilities are comprehensive. The the front desk attendant Kingsley Li gave us a free upgrade! Will come back here to stay next time
