Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

Hotel check in process was quick and accurate. Lack of hotel introductions. Need to ask about the hotel info instead of being intro. But it alright. Housekeeping was very well prepared and many amenities were able to accommodate. Which was great. Even at 2am. I asked for mosquito repeller they were quick delivers. Most problem was in F&B department. So at 12 pm. I went to the bakery shop to ask for the cakes order. Ask can they send to room. They rejected. So I said ok. I will come pick up at night. I may purchase now or need pre- order ? They informed me. Preorder is not necessary and I may return at night to purchase. They close at 9pm. So I return to the bakery shop. Unfortunately cake was needed to preorder before 2pm on the day. So I wasn’t able to enjoy it. Only macaroons were available … was very disappointed since the options were not much left. The hostess also dropped and broken the macaroons I picked. Sure not on purpose. But cost me were able to enjoy the flavour I wished for. If I could have preordered this wouldn’t had happened. So after enquiring about the cakes. I headed for lunch there. Good quality had surprised me. Very nice deal in fact. $329 HKD (RMB ¥298) for two person , unfortunately the service was not on point, waiter weren’t able to serve food correctly. Also tends to not attend to tables. Dishes were not changed in every course. They fire course all at once. Didn’t clear the plates away even it was finished. We had to repeatedly asked they or clear themselves out at night as well. Dinner also had the same situation . Overall. I just think the F&B department need more training. The hotel itself is really great. Good location. Room is clean. Housekeeping courtesy’s is even better the restaurants. Ambient was really on point. Let hope not the F&B department to cause this nice hotel to close since it just opened.

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

Weekend trip with friends and stayed in Icon Lab. The location is not convenient however the hotel interior is nice. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast area is small and don't have many choices. This hotel is still worth staying with this room rate and for a short stay.

The hotel staff’s customer service was exceptional. I want to give a special thanks to Daniel Cheng and Nancy for setting up my parent’s anniversary stay. Their superb setup from the start of my booking to the end of the stay was nothing short of spectacular. Thank you

They have good service, the front desk members (Noah, Tiny,and Evelyn) are nice. Nicole (not front desk, a service member passby) spoke fluent Cantonese and helped us with communication.

Gem amidst an older area of Shenzhen with the vibe of Eastern Memory district in Chengdu. The spa on the 2nd floor was amazing . Highly recommend if you are looking for boutique hotel feel with good service

The most surprise thing is that the hotel provides L'occitane products and the complimentary food and drinks in snack bar are free to take. I also thanks for the reception staff Amy is friendly. Kids like the swimming pool and the bath is also enjoyable for kids to play and watch TV at the same time.

Very good experience~ The rooms are the same as the pictures The key is that the environment is very good, the air is fresh, and it is suitable for bringing babies The food in the restaurant next door is also delicious~ The service is very good~very considerate, we have a baby and they helped us steam small buns for the baby~ Afternoon tea is also fully prepared, the mountain spring water is very clear, icy and cool, super comfortable, we also went to the beach to watch the sunset🌄It's so beautiful! A little suggestion, it would be better to turn on the lights on the third floor to create a better atmosphere
