At first I thought it may be the normal overnight stay in Shenzhen. To my surprise, I have to say that’s one of the best JW Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed. Thanks for my friend’s recommendation. Mr. Rafa Cao made this stay memorable for me. My stay at the JW Marriot Baoan Hotel was magical from the moment we arrived for our one-night by the Front Desk Grace Peng who greeted and welcomed us with warm smile which make the check in process pleasant. The Room was very clean and was exactly what was shown in the websites. The hotel is located next to a mall where there are a lot of restaurants and entertainments for family. The Executive lounge is Awesome. They have very nice selection of food and drinks. The Executive lounge staff Leah, Lynee and Talita were very attentive to our needs and provided an excellent service. I would like to thank JW Marriot Baoan Hotel and their staff Grace Peng, Leah, Lynee and Talita for an exceptional service that made us feel right at home.
