辦理入住時前台小哥看我們帶了孩子，特地給我們房間進行了升級，安排了一間親子房，從房間佈置就能感受到用心——卡通主題床品、小童帳篷、玩具角，連浴室都有防滑墊和小童拖鞋，細節滿分！很適合孩子玩耍，整體風格可愛簡約。同時，Kitty給房間配備了小童洗漱用品，小童拖鞋、小童洗漱用品都有，充分考慮了孩子的喜好和使用需求，體現了酒店在細節上的用心。退房時Kitty主動詢問入住體驗，酒店設施設備完善，行政酒廊很適合會客，下午茶跟黃昏小點都很適合嘗一嘗！晚上再去行政酒廊品一下黃昏雞尾酒，真是浪漫又別緻呢！最後，想説孩子玩得開心，大人也能放鬆休息，這才是真正的親子度假！以後來深圳就認準這家了！

這次整體入住體驗還不錯，雖然辦入住的時候出現了一點小插曲，但酒店的員工都很積極的做了服務補救。Max免費幫我們升級了房間入住，入住後她還準備了精美的果盤，非常周到細緻。當天酒店早餐和行政酒廊的餐品都還不錯，比較推薦酒店，離地鐵站也很近，去哪裡都很方便，這次玩的比較開心，下次也會選擇來這邊

酒店的位置非常優越，就在地鐵車公廟和深南香蜜立交公交旁邊，交通便利，出行很方便。距離景點都很近！大型商場和公園都在附近。門口的禮賓也都很盡責，幫忙那行李和提東西，提前加的小管家Alice特地等候我的到來！原本要更早一天到來的，但是航班延誤了，即使是晚上Alice聽到了我這個情況，也特地教我取消了訂單！第二天也是要比較早落地，也給我特地安排好馬上就可以入住的房間！這個酒店讓我對這次旅途有了中途休息的港灣。前台服務非常熱情周到，貼心的問候和提醒。房間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，住起來非常舒適。咖啡機很好用，提供的咖啡味道也很純正。洗衣服務很方便，價格也很合理。浴室乾淨整潔，設施齊全，使用起來很方便。服務員態度很好，總是面帶微笑，讓人感覺很親切。隔音效果做得很好，晚上很安靜，可以安心入睡。健身房設施齊全，鍛鍊起來很方便。酒店的空調效果很好，無論是製冷還是制熱都很迅速。房間的窗户視野開闊，可以看到美麗的景色。洗漱用品品質很好，用起來很放心。總之這酒店真的特別棒！尤其是服務方面沒得説！衝著這服務去的絕對不會失望！退房的時候航班又延誤了，跟Alice説還給我安排延遲了延遲退房！！

這次入住金茂深圳JW萬豪酒店真的讓我感覺到了什麼叫賓至如歸。酒店位置很好，離地鐵站步行就三分鐘的距離，不管是打車還是乘坐公共交通都很方便。從到酒店的那一刻開始，我就被工作人員熱情的態度感染了，無論是門僮還是辦理入住的前台都非常的貼心。房間的床品很舒適，讓人睡的很安穩，設施也維護的很好，窗簾什麼的都是自動的。酒店早餐也很豐盛，中西式都有，完全能滿足不同口味需求。此外，最讓我驚喜的是在入住前就接到了賓客服務團隊Laney打來的電話，提前為我準備好了房間，還很熱心的為我介紹了酒店的營業點和房間設施，也特別積極的詢問了我的入住體驗 退房時還準備了酒店定製的小香包，真的超預期！我會毫不猶豫的把這家酒店推薦給身邊的朋友們，也期待下次有機會能夠再回來入住，我相信這家酒店會保持這樣的高品質服務，為更多的客人帶來驚喜！

這次出遊入住了JW萬豪酒店，Max給我留下了極為深刻的印象，我們在辦理入佳時，她主動添加聯繫方式，貼心介紹了酒店設施和周邊美食。入住後還準備了精美的歡迎果盤，讓人很驚喜！
住了兩天，她不停關注着房間的衞生狀況主動問詢需不需要打掃衞生，外出回去看到整潔的房間，緩解一天的疲憊。
