I also lost some expensive watch in my room and he also help me to locate it and keep for me next day to pick up! This hotel must stay as very nice and clean. A very good accommodation experience. The location is very convenient. There are several tourist destinations nearby. The hotel environment is clean and tidy. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to staff 小甘 for her considerate arrangements and service.

We stayed 4 nights to celebrate Chinese New Year with family. We rented two identical 3-beds units in block E and they are great, spcious, clean, quiet. The staff are very friendly and polite. The apartment is close to Sea World, with abundant restaurants to choose from. There is also a subway station right there if needed. Behind the apartment, a hiking pathway is a plesent plus, mild climbing not very wild, efficient for moring walk. Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment, will come back.

Hotel is about 8 mins walk to the nearest subway MTR, really convenient. Room was very decent size, thanks to the check in staff who was polite and upgraded us. Bathroom is equipped with the electric powered toilet and there was no cigarette smell in the room, which is fantastic.

She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. During breakfast at the lobby bar, I noticed the staff working diligently, even during the busy rush hour. Despite the wait, their friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant. It was refreshing to see such dedication, and I appreciated their efforts. However, I did encounter an issue during the evening service on December 28th. Although the lobby bar was quiet around 7 PM, I found the male staff member to be somewhat arrogant and lacking basic courtesy. Despite my repeated expressions of thanks for the food, he remained silent and did not collect the finished dishes. This was disappointing compared to the excellent service I received during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the Shenzhen Conrad Hotel for its exceptional service during the day, and I hope to see improvements in the evening staff's attitude. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This hotel has excellent service and the rooms are modern and staff is very friendly. The breakfast covers all cuisines. I wish it was closer to the subway. They are building a subway station next to the hotel

It feels like a hidden gem! I am Korean and I went to Shenzhen, China for a business trip. Considering my schedule in Shenzhen, I looked for several hotels but hesitated a bit before choosing this one. It was about 500m away from the Nanshan subway station, and there were no large shopping malls nearby. However, after visiting this hotel, all my regrets disappeared. It was easy to get to the hotel by subway directly from Shenzhen Airport without needing to transfer, and the hotel was also conveniently located near the subway station. In addition, it was fascinating to observe the daily lives of the Chinese people around me. Above all, the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Although they did not speak English well, we managed to communicate politely in Chinese without any issues using a portable interpretation device. Isn't this one of the charms of traveling and going on business trips? Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this one left the deepest impression on me.
