Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Shenzhen

During my stay at Hilton garden inn, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Especially Mia, in the front desk, the check-in to the personalized touches throughout my stay, it was clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service

Very good stay together with my father. There’s laundry room with dryers and they already provide the laundry detergent as well. Food was good. Location is also good.

They had good service , the hotel room was very clean & had no smell. Reception and the other staff could not speak English nor understand my requests , but after showing them sample of getting an extra blanket because it was cold , the request was resolved quickly, they where really friendly and was happy to help.

This hotel is my second time and I will come again and again... It's great hotel for business purpose.. Around is very nice... Food and everything.. Hotel staff very nice.. The supervisor is professional . Breakfast is nice

The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very new as it has operated for only two weeks when we stayed there, hence the cleanliness level was very high. Unfortunately, the water pressure for shower on our floor was not high enough. Yet the hotel immediately arranged us to stay in another room and even arranged an upgrade. We were satisfied with their arrangement, would recommend other people to stay in the same hotel.

The hotel was great, nice, classy and close to the Expo! There is a lovely shopping mall area behind the hotel with great selection of Food choices! Sandy the service staff was extrenely helpful to us, providing us directions to places of visits and even helping us to book for our taxis with her own app. She also connected us via WECHAT to inform us of a personal item that we left behind, offering to keep it for us till next trip!
