This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast is fine. But it is a bit far away from the shopping mall. It takes 15 min walk from the nearby dining place (shopping mall)

I have been traveling so many places and stayed in many hotels, but your hotel service was great specially by Annie Fu. Thank you for her the warm hospitality and sincerity service. She was very dedicated and hard worker. I had received her call before I arrival to make the room agreement and during I stay her service was always there. I had shared this wonderful stay experience to all of my friends.

A huge thumbs-up to the front desk staff, Cassie and Xixi! From booking to arrival, communication was incredibly smooth. Once we arrived, we were treated to efficient and warm service. They proactively monitored our guests' needs and prepared in advance, making it incredibly worry-free. Who wouldn't love a front desk like this? SF Express is right downstairs!!!
