The receptionist at the time of check-in was very kind and easy to understand. Also, the wake-up call before breakfast was given in a gentle tone, which made me feel at ease.

Very close to Tsuruga Station, very convenient. The only thing is that the check-in time is after 16:00, which is not very friendly. There are also izakayas for dining around the hotel, as well as mobile "ramen shops" set up outside. The overall diet is not very convenient

This may be the case at all Toyoko Inns, but can't they do something about the crowds at breakfast?

I was able to stay without any problems. The room was clean. The pajamas/gown I wore to sleep in were free size, but I'm a big guy and I couldn't button them up lol. Thank you for letting me stay warm in the cold season 😊

The service and cleanliness were very comfortable. However, I would have appreciated it if amenities and complimentary drinks were available in the room instead of at the front desk.

I often use this facility for work. I noticed something when I used it for the first time. I was sleeping peacefully and was surprised by the loud noises made by the other guests during breakfast time. I'll be more careful not to make too much noise next time.

It was nice that breakfast was free. The elevators get crowded at breakfast time and check-out time. Make sure you leave plenty of time.

It was disappointing that there was no outlet next to the bed.
