highly recommend this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the same area with similar prices, this one stands out. The room was clean, with a new mattress and spotless toilet. The ventilation was great, making for a very relaxing stay. We've already booked our return stay - the location is fantastic

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it’s just walking distance away from dongmen pedestrians street. Will recommend. 👍🏻😊

Very quiet and clean , staff is very calm and understanding the difference in languages therefore they use use a translator. It’s situated in a pleasant area

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, with a powerful AC that was a blessing. The amenities were excellent and well-maintained.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job every single day, and i loved the new sealed towels everyday, it felt very hygienic and premium.
The standout, however, was the staff. Abby at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
Without a doubt, i will be choosing this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room is also absolutely clean. If I come back to Shenzhen, I’ll definitely stay here again.
Perfect location — close to the train station, super convenient for getting around, and it only takes a short trip to Hong Kong! 🚆🇭🇰
