The bathroom in the room had a strange odor, and there were drain flies everywhere. I arrived too late to bother switching rooms, so I just made do for the night. My booking mentioned complimentary fruit, but I didn't receive any.

The front desk service was excellent, and we even got a room upgrade. It was clean and tidy, and they thoughtfully placed disinfectant wipes on the toilet. Unluckily, my business trip to Shenzhen coincided with a typhoon, but the front desk staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. They reminded me about the bad weather, told me to stock up on food, and even helped me heat up my meals. The auntie who delivered my laundry was always very enthusiastic and greeted me every time we met. I really enjoyed the hot soy milk for breakfast every day.
