Best Shenyang Hotels

This is an old hotel that has not been renovated for a long time. Although it is listed as 4 stars, it has not been redecorated and the facilities are dilapidated (see picture), and the overall level is far inferior to that of a convenient hotel. Although the hotel provides free breakfast, some items need to be paid for separately and the variety is very limited. The air conditioner is broken and has to rely on electric fans to cool down. The socket is broken and has to be powered by a power strip. There is no tea, no paper and pen,... The elevator is noisy, and there are sundries (iron wire) in the free breakfast. Under the sign of 4 stars, it deceives and defrauds consumption. It is planned to inquire about the authenticity of the 4 stars from the relevant competent authorities. ……

The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. The lobby is beautifully decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable and warm. The food is rich and delicious, and the service at the front desk is even more remarkable. The staff is professional and enthusiastic, and the check-in is efficient and orderly, and they patiently answer guests' inquiries. The lobby manager Lin Lu always pays attention to the needs of guests, takes the initiative to provide help, and coordinates and handles various affairs quickly and thoughtfully, showing the hotel's caring and concern. Great location right next to the shenyang station. The room was clean and suited our needs with two single beds. However, the bathroom door is just a swinging door with gaps so that anyone passing by the door can see you in it and as it is right next to the room door it could be a bit awkward if you someone needs to open the room door while someone is using the bathroom.

The room was renovated for 15 years and slightly old. However, the hotel's service is absolutely in place. The pick-up and drop-off machine is Mercedes-Benz 200, the driver's white shirt ***, the ceremony is very strong, leaving us a good impression and a feeling of respect. The service of Ms. Dong, the floor supervisor, is more active and intimate, actively provides air purifiers, delivers fresh fruit and late-night snacks every day, and takes the trouble to ask our needs and provide help. Manager Liu at the front desk also took the initiative to help change the room after the TV in the room was faulty. In short, our stay experience was very good.

The hotel environment is very good, parking is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, it is ten o'clock in the evening to Shenyang, the front desk recommends the nearby journey barbecue is super! Open the door at 8:30 to go to the Forbidden City and the Grand Shuai Mansion. It is very close to driving for more than ten minutes. It is very convenient! I feel that Shenyang is really close to the people now. I am afraid that parking in the Forbidden City is inconvenient. When I arrived, I found that the mall basement was opened in advance, and it was free for four hours, which saved a lot of trouble and time. We visited the Forbidden City in the morning and arrived at 12 o'clock. I can return to the hotel to rest for half an hour. Check out the bath, a day of Shenyang trip is super! I am very proud of a Northeast person who married a long time ago. I came back after 20 years! And found the taste of childhood in the morning market, girl fruit!

Come to the school to see the children, the hotel is on the campus of the Medical University. After booking the hotel, I contacted me and sent a positioning. The child didn't have time for class. The front desk registered me at the door in advance, saving a lot of time. The service was really good. 👍 The room was clean and tidy, very quiet, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the waiters were very polite and welcoming. The restaurant on the first floor is also very good. I ate two meals with the child, took a walk in the school after eating, and felt the learning atmosphere of the child.

酒店前台服務態度非常差，離店需要開水單各種不配合，什麼都不懂，態度還非常冷漠，體驗很不好。溝通各種事情都是做不了沒法做滿足不了，反正是大寫的服。酒店本身還可以，就是有些舊，還算乾淨。

Wonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.

The facilities are advanced, the whole house is controlled at a small scale, the robot delivers items, the hygiene is good, very clean, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, the sound insulation effect is good, it is spacious and bright.
