"Well, this was the most average hotel I booked on the platform. The price wasn't right. Booking directly with the hotel is much cheaper. This is actually a residential complex full of elderly people. The room layout is okay, and the sanitation is OK, but the soundproofing is poor. The facilities are quite basic, and the water from the bathroom overflows into the living room. Breakfast was a three-piece set of egg, rice porridge, steamed buns, and pickled mustard greens. The in-room amenities were also excellent. While breakfast was lavish, I was quite disappointed with dinner, and it wasn't the taste that was the problem. The service was incredibly slow; it was clear there wasn't enough staff during the peak season. This isn't a reflection on the service personnel, but rather a systemic issue with your Kande Group. All guests were left waiting. Your Dongguan branch would never have this kind of problem (otherwise, regulars like us would have already given them an earful!). I truly hope the group pays more attention to this hotel and avoids disheartening its Guangdong guests."
