"We stayed here with our children during the summer holiday. We had originally booked a twin room for two nights, but upon arrival on Friday, the lovely front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea-view twin room. The room was clean, comfortable, and absolutely fantastic – we were extremely pleased with it. The front desk offered warm, complimentary cookies during both check-in and check-out, and delighted our children with lollipops, which made them very happy. At the buffet breakfast, despite being two adults and two children, they generously provided a complimentary breakfast for one of our kids, even though they were 133cm tall. The hotel offers a range of facilities such as an on-site cinema, a children's playground, a swimming pool, kids' painting activities, and more. During the hottest part of the day, we could enjoy these indoor activities. In the afternoons, we had the option of going to the beach or exploring the surrounding area, which boasts a food street and amusement rides. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel's service was excellent, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This is truly a top choice for a stress-free family vacation, perfect for parents who want to relax while their kids are kept happy and busy."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm welcome from the staff makes you feel attentive. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and warm, and the bed is soft and comfortable, which completely eliminates the fatigue of the whole day. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk, who not only quickly solved our parking needs when we checked out, but also recommended great local food nearby! The location of the hotel is also very convenient, within walking distance to the food street. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to this city."

"Family! The four-diamond homestay we stayed in this time was really amazing! We came here for the detached swimming pool, but we were amazed as soon as we entered the door! The yard was full of flowers and plants, and the white walls were covered with small vines. I felt like I was living in a movie! The room was also very bright, the bed was so soft that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and even the aromatherapy smell was very healing! There was a free minibar as soon as you entered the door. It also came with a double breakfast. I especially want to praise this swimming pool! The water was so clean that you could see the small tiles at the bottom of the pool. The housekeeper said that it was circulating and disinfected 24 hours a day, so it was especially safe to swim. When you jump into the water during the day, the sun shines on the water surface, and it instantly cools you to the bone! The highlight is the night. The star lights are lit by the swimming pool, and the reflections on the water surface are so beautiful that you scream. Take pictures and chat with friends in the water, and the atmosphere is full! There are lounge chairs and small coffee tables next to it. When you are tired of swimming, you can lie down on the lounge chair and eat the afternoon snacks sent by the housekeeper. It’s so cool! As for the service, the housekeepers were very enthusiastic! They helped us plan the surrounding attractions in advance, and even listed the popular restaurants! I will stay here again next time I go on vacation!"

"Location is good to have a run or walk across the road. Not many restaurant near by but a coffee shop is quite good. Not recommend corner room because there is construction area on the side. Not recommend lower floor because the toilet might be smelly. There are bottle water offer in the room. WiFi and TV service not stable. The light of Air-con control pad on the wall is too bright at night. Might need eye pad help to sleep. Self laundry is not free. Parking is convenient. Sea view in the room is good. Room temperature might goes hot during day time. Auto curtains only with one layer, inner layer need to move by hands."

"Great location next to second street where night market street food is aplenty. Hotel is clean, toiletries are decent quality. Staff is helpful. Some rooms may have interior window only. TV did not work properly for me. Phone was broken. They said they would fix."

"Ms Li Ying is extremely helpful and professional. Very glad to meet her when I checked in. No problem at all. She is a very special young lady. When I checked out this morning, it was a different lady, who appears to be cold and not trained, not even looking at me or greeting guests when I approached her at Reception around 8am today."

"Location close to high rail station. Close to many good restaurants recommend by the staff in hotel. All staffs are warm and helpful. Reception has big seating area serving warm drinks. Rooms are clean. Pillows and bed are comfortable. Tv has many channels to watch. Tasty breakfast with great selection. I will certainly recommend friends to come to stay. When I come visit again to Shenwei,I will definitely come back"

"Staying at this budget hotel on business trips, the location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping are very convenient. "Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery."
