"We stayed here with our children during the summer holiday. We had originally booked a twin room for two nights, but upon arrival on Friday, the lovely front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea-view twin room. The room was clean, comfortable, and absolutely fantastic – we were extremely pleased with it. The front desk offered warm, complimentary cookies during both check-in and check-out, and delighted our children with lollipops, which made them very happy. At the buffet breakfast, despite being two adults and two children, they generously provided a complimentary breakfast for one of our kids, even though they were 133cm tall. The hotel offers a range of facilities such as an on-site cinema, a children's playground, a swimming pool, kids' painting activities, and more. During the hottest part of the day, we could enjoy these indoor activities. In the afternoons, we had the option of going to the beach or exploring the surrounding area, which boasts a food street and amusement rides. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel's service was excellent, and their attention to detail was impeccable. This is truly a top choice for a stress-free family vacation, perfect for parents who want to relax while their kids are kept happy and busy."

"This stay was a pleasant surprise! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm welcome from the staff makes you feel attentive. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and warm, and the bed is soft and comfortable, which completely eliminates the fatigue of the whole day. Special thanks to the guy at the front desk, who not only quickly solved our parking needs when we checked out, but also recommended great local food nearby! The location of the hotel is also very convenient, within walking distance to the food street. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high. "Family! The four-diamond homestay we stayed in this time was really amazing! We came here for the detached swimming pool, but we were amazed as soon as we entered the door! The yard was full of flowers and plants, and the white walls were covered with small vines. I felt like I was living in a movie! The room was also very bright, the bed was so soft that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and even the aromatherapy smell was very healing! There was a free minibar as soon as you entered the door. It also came with a double breakfast. I especially want to praise this swimming pool! The water was so clean that you could see the small tiles at the bottom of the pool. The housekeeper said that it was circulating and disinfected 24 hours a day, so it was especially safe to swim. When you jump into the water during the day, the sun shines on the water surface, and it instantly cools you to the bone! The highlight is the night. The star lights are lit by the swimming pool, and the reflections on the water surface are so beautiful that you scream. Take pictures and chat with friends in the water, and the atmosphere is full! There are lounge chairs and small coffee tables next to it. When you are tired of swimming, you can lie down on the lounge chair and eat the afternoon snacks sent by the housekeeper. It’s so cool! As for the service, the housekeepers were very enthusiastic! They helped us plan the surrounding attractions in advance, and even listed the popular restaurants! I will stay here again next time I go on vacation!"

"Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty."

With the unbearable summer heat, it's crucial to stay hydrated after a trip or in the room at night. The Four Seasons provided an ample supply of water, so I didn't have to worry about running out and having to call for more or go downstairs to buy more. This kind of generosity is especially precious and necessary in the sweltering heat. Having refreshing water at all times, without having to worry about running dry, elevated the entire stay. Having plenty of bottled water is a lifesaver for a summer trip! Of course, the hotel remained as clean and tidy as ever, and the service was excellent. But this time, I really want to give a thumbs up to the thoughtful attention to detail and customer needs (especially the water!)! In the summer, choose All Seasons for worry-free drinking water. "It was my first time to visit Shanwei. I followed the steps of netizens and booked this Raman Hotel. The check-in experience was really good and the personality was high! Service: The front desk lady knew that we were traveling on 520. In addition to giving me a handmade rose, she also helped to upgrade the room and made a late check-out arrangement. Maybe the weather was too hot these days, and I went in and out of air-conditioned places from time to time. I caught a cold the next day. The lady also told me that I could buy medicine at the North and South Pharmacy next to the hotel. It was really friendly and enthusiastic! Room: There is a sense of space, the view is also good, there is plenty of sunshine, the hygiene is in place, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the air conditioning is absolutely sufficient, the water pressure in the bathroom is also very stable, the toilet and shower room are separated into dry and wet, there is no odor, it is very good. Geography: I personally think it is quite good. It is located on Sima Road, which is quiet and prosperous. It feels that there is no busy and noisy Erma Road, and the flow of people is not complicated. It is only a few minutes' walk to the night market on the opposite street at night. There are two treasured restaurants on the street behind the hotel, namely ”Pinqing Dingxian Beef Brisket Restaurant” and ”Nengji Beef Hot Pot” recommended by locals. "The room was a bit small. After two days, the front desk said we could upgrade to a room with a window for free. Parking is available. The food court is about 800-1000 meters away. There's an e-scooter rental service right outside the door for 18 yuan per hour. I rented it for two hours, but the next day I rented it for four hours for 48 yuan, which was a good deal. The breakfast was quite poor. The basic fried noodles were undercooked, hard, and dry. The other dishes were cold. The selection was limited."
