The location is a bit quiet. The room size is big enough. The reception officer has good service.

Good location close to Xiao gong yuan and lots of eateries selling goose meat, Teochew cakes etc. rooms are clean and quiet and cleanliness ia good. There is washing machines but no dryer. However there is space on the roof top to hang dry your clothes. Front desk is helpful but they seemed to be so hassled all the time.

Overall stay was peasant.. great location.. booked 5 rooms but one room has a incorrect checked in date in the system., after much clarification, the hotel staff managed to resolve it.

Reception was informative and helpful. If you like outdoor exercise, you may take a walk opposite the hotel , along the river. Shared outdoor photos of opposite hotel

The location of the room is quite good, near the old city of Shantou, and the parking facilities are sufficient. It is very convenient to park the car and walk directly to the small park for shopping and eating. You can enter the small park area by turning a corner. The room was upgraded for free and arranged a quiet area with a good view. A shipyard was also found. Xiao He's service attitude was very good and warmly welcomed us when we checked in and checked out.

I booked a superior twin room, and the front desk lady Xiaoli upgraded me to a deluxe twin room for free. Thank you very much. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was new, and the area was large enough. I was very satisfied.

I originally wanted to stay for only one night and then go to Chaozhou, but after eating for an afternoon, I found that Shantou was so delicious and the hotel was OK, so I was too lazy to go to Chaozhou again, so I stayed for another night. When checking in, I told the front desk Xiaoyun that I couldn't sleep well and asked for a quiet room. She was very responsible and helped me choose a quiet room. She also provided me with a lot of useful guides for shopping and eating. The hotel also has a parking lot. When I have time to travel by car in a few years, I will come here again. It is also very convenient to order takeout here.

The hotel is very close to the small park, within walking distance, and you can go to eat Fuhecheng beef balls, which are quite good. Xiaoyun at the hotel front desk was very attentive and informed of relevant matters. The view of the hotel view room is also good!

As always, I booked the Vienna Hotel, but I was not very satisfied with the stay. The deluxe king-size room I booked was relatively small and had a strange smell. After entering the lobby, the sofa and coffee table did not feel very clean. The hotel breakfast was too simple, with almost nothing to eat, and the hotel service attitude was a bit stiff.

Very clean and comfortable, very satisfied, the front desk Xiaoli is attentive and considerate, and also upgraded the room for free. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, Vienna Hotel is still trustworthy. Looking forward to the next time.
