What impressed me the most was the exceptional kindness and professionalism of all the staff, which makes me look forward to returning on future visits. 1. Although my late checkout was scheduled for 2:00 PM, I accidentally overslept and exceeded the time. The front desk staff kindly gave me a call to remind me, allowing me to check out smoothly and without stress. 2. While I was waiting for a taxi with my luggage in the lobby, a staff member approached me, guided me to a seating area, and offered to keep my luggage for me, which was very thoughtful and convenient. 3. When the taxi arrived, the staff assisted with loading my luggage into the car and politely invited me to board first, which made the departure very comfortable. 4. During both check-in and check-out, the front desk staff communicated fluently in English and provided courteous, professional service. 5. On one occasion in the elevator, a staff member kindly asked which floor I was heading to and stepped back slightly so I could enter and ride more comfortably.
