I booked the room last minute, and it was way better than I expected. There’s a step at the hotel entrance, so heavy luggage was a bit hard to carry up—but the staff helped me with it warmly. Whenever you need something, they’re always ready to help.The room temperature was just right, and it felt really cozy too. The breakfast had both Chinese and Western options: there was salmon, all kinds of bread, different Chinese dishes, and even some special snacks. It was actually better than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before! When I checked out, they helped me store my luggage nicely and even gave me a small gift—I hung it on my suitcase right away. All in all, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends.

The location turned out to be very far from the city center and the crowd. The hotel was just ordinary. The receptionist was very slow and unfriendly. The cleaning service lady forced herself to come in and clean the room while the guest was still sleeping. When told to clean it later, they ended up just changing the towels and throwing out the trash and not cleaning the bed that day.

Despite the location not being in the most bustling area, the hotel itself was better than expected. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, and the breakfast was quite nice being a foreigner having Chinese breakfast. I was impressed that the hotel room had bath salts for the bathtub as well as a day time and night time body wash. It was nice seeing an ironing board but I was surprised there was no safe. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised to book such a great value-for-money hotel. It's conveniently located near Shanghai South High-Speed Rail Station. The lobby is spacious, and the rooms are comfortable. They even provide children's toothbrushes and toothpaste. There's even a Buddhist altar in the hotel lobby. The moment I stepped inside, I felt incredibly relaxed and at peace. I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. The hotel featured a Southeast Asian-inspired decor, and the room was clean, with a very soft duvet and a comfortable bed. While the hotel is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, the room's soundproofing wasn't great. In the mornings, I could distinctly hear footsteps from the room above, children crying, and the loud slamming of doors from neighboring rooms. Furthermore, the room's floor might be a bit old, as it creaked noticeably when stepped on.
