Radisson Collection Hotels in Shanghai

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Location is superb with easy access to subway station, Nanjing Rd walking street, restaurants, shopping malls, to the Bund & more. We stayed at the family room with breakfast for 3 adults and it was spacious enough for 3. Breakfast spread is very good from western to local - yummy! Our room includes the access to the executive lounge which was very nice - had afternoon and even drinks and snacks there. We enjoyed the gym very much, it was a properly equipped one with a super cute and friendly cat that comes in every now and then to say hello. The best gym mascot every :-)

Everyone was friendly and everything was going well until at the point of check out. There was a lady in reception by the name of Emma Li who was very unfriendly, dismissive and rude, she was on her phone when we approached her working station, and continued on it even when she was serving us, and seemed very uninterested in helping us when we asked her questions about storing our luggage at the hotel. I hope management will take this up with her, and also train her to treat her customers with respect and professionalism. We pay for good service and comfortable stay in reputable hotels like Radisson and it’s always so distasteful when you are treated poorly by the very same people that are supposed to make your stay nice and comfortable.

Stayed in this fabulous hotel with historical surrounding for a week. A warm welcome from the reception, classic nice clean room. With upgrade to the garden view. Room service with traditional welcome fresh juice and Wontonsoup every day. For sure will come back to stay again and we recommend to all my friends and families.
