Overall great experience. Great location and amenities. Spotlessly clean. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff. A little bit of air con noise and bed is a bit on the firm side but tolerable. We stayed in a family room and it would be great to have a children’s stepping stool for washing hands etc. Also make sure you bring enough clothes. Laundry service is very expensive and takes 2 days on average.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience, with spacious, well-appointed suites and thoughtful amenities. The food is excellent, and the afternoon tea provides a generous selection. However, the building's design limits natural light and views from the rooms. While the staff is well-trained, English proficiency is limited beyond the front desk. The pool and gym are small but functional. Complimentary minibar items are a nice touch, though hard liquor is excluded. Overall, it's a high-end stay, but given the price, one might expect slightly more.

A PERFECT PLACE TO CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY From beginning to end, it’s been so much fun. We were greeted cordially by friendly smiles by the front desk staff. They were aware it’s my birthday, thus, upgraded my room with the best view of the water falls and decorated my room as well for this special occasion. Alisa from front desk is an exemplary and outstanding staff greeting me with a smile and keeping in touch during my stay ensuring that we have everything we need. Dinner time, I got a complimentary birthday cake. Part of the package is Shenkang Wonderland where we had super fun time. At night, we could watch from our balcony the 30-minute amazing Center of the Earth Platform: Cliff Light and Shadow Show. Afterwards at 930pm, we saw the beautiful Lobby Water Curtain Show. The following morning, we had an exhilarating one hour In-hotel travel photography with super friendly and professional photographer named Yan. Kudos as well to our nice room attendant named Amber. Lastly, when I checked out the front desk officers were really warm and gave me a stuff toy gift from Intercontinental. Their names are Sofia, Seven and Cora. From beginning to end, it’s an indeed a perfect place to celebrate one’s special day. Thank you to the staff of Intercontinental Wonderland Hotel. It’s the best and memorable hotel Ive been to. You truly make your guest feel important and special. If you want to have a memorable, enjoyable, fun-filled celebration. This is the best place to go to. Super love this hotel!

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.

Environment: Close to Hongqiao Creative Industrial Park, only 320 meters away from Wojia Bookstore (24-hour library), because I was going to take an exam, it was very convenient and the environment was good! There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, very convenient~ Sanitation: Live in Room 2108, the room is super large, very clean, and very cost-effective! Facilities: The facilities are also great, but I suspect there are cameras in many places. Basically, there are red glowing dots in every socket, which are still bright after unplugging the power. The front desk receptionist said it was a normal facility. Because I was traveling alone, I was a little scared. I hope I was overthinking it. Service: The front desk receptionist was very enthusiastic and nice

Convenient location near Hongqiao Airport and within walking distance to a large shopping center. Very clean room and well-trained staff.

Overall good stay at Haichang Resort. We booked Nemo theme room. And it comes with theme park admission tickets for 2 days. The boys love the bunk beds. Super convenient to the theme park. Expect some queue during dinner and breakfast buffet.

It's a good hotel for the price . Breakfast is average (4/10). Location is not accessible by bus; they do provide shuttle to bus station 8 am and 8pm. Hallway smells like smoke. Room clean and doesn't smell. Front desk is amazing. Three guys in the front desk are so helpful. If you are traveling for business it does the job..I can't see myself coming back with family

My young son and I stayed here for a night. Rooms were great, clean and well-apportioned. Conveniently located and attached to a shopping mall and lively neighborhood of shops and restaurants. No complaints here, except that the posted opening times for the child's play area were incorrect. Would stay again!
