I enjoyed my stay. The bed is so comfortable I’d sleep all day . Though it’s winter the heater took time to get the room warm. But it’s really nice hotel. Many surrounding restaurants and an atm less than 1km away. The Metro subway is also an 10min walk away. Most of the places I go to are all in the same area so very convenient Thank you

I have stayed in five All Seasons hotels in Shanghai. The room at this hotel on Changshou Road is the most spacious, the hygiene is good, the facilities are OK, and it is a few minutes' walk from the subway. There are food, pharmacies, convenience stores, and banks nearby. It is right at the entrance of a community, so it is very convenient. I didn't encounter any particularly bad situations. The poor sound insulation is a common problem of the chain, but fortunately the next door is relatively quiet, but there is a sound when closing the door. The waiter is very friendly and chatted with me. Although the hotel does not have a robot, there will be staff to deliver it to the room. Good comments, I will consider staying next time.

The room is nice and clean with comfortable beds. We purchased this room because apparently has a kitchen, but do not expect to cook as they will not provide a single item to do it. No pan, no plates, no soap to clean, nothing. We were very disappointed that the hotel did not help us with this and was the main reason we took this room. On the other hand, they force you to give a 200Yuan deposit for the key where they will refund you in your card at the end of the stay. Of course if your card is not chinese do not expect to have the money back in your account. We lost the money due the way they manage the refund. Would not recommend for this two reasons.

Location is an easy walk from subway, but the first room they gave me had pee stains. The floor was also wet, and after waiting 30 minutes, nobody came to mop it clean even after I asked twice... They upgraded my room, but it was still quite dusty and the Xiaomi Air Purifier in it was not well-maintained. Also, the hotel's 2nd floor is exposed to this strange massage place. I stayed for 2 days, but there are always men smoking at the open staircase, so it always feels bad. The lobby has an espresso machine. The front desk girl feels stressed and unfriendly... The free laundry can only be done by the auntie, and they refuse to wash your socks or underwear... So I am washing my socks and underwear in the toilet sink now...

The service is good. It's my first time staying in this hotel. The location is close to the subway, a few hundred meters away, and very close to Suzhou River. It's convenient to go out. The price is not expensive and quite affordable.

Very cost-effective, quiet in a busy city. Convenient transportation, next to Metro Line 13, many bus stops nearby, very convenient to various scenic spots. Very close to Shanghai Station, very convenient to Suzhou for a day trip. Facilities: fully meet basic guarantees. The air conditioner is very powerful on hot summer days. Hygiene: Cleaning is timely, and disposable toiletries are replenished and replaced proactively. Environment: Behind the old residential area, it is very quiet to sleep. P.S. The Jade Buddha Temple next to it is worth a visit, and many domestic and foreign dignitaries have been there.
