The staff are extremely rude and the customer service overall is very poor. Staff are not welcoming and go out of their way to try and make your stay difficult. Aside from that the rooms are very clean and spacious and the price is very reasonable. The outdoor pool is a plus in the summer, but the lack of pool loungers which have seemingly been replaced with yoga mats is very low rent. Would highly recommend if you are planning not to spend much time at the hotel, or if it is summer and you are wanting to luxuriate in an outdoor pool - otherwise don’t bother! They clearly don’t want repeat business.

The hotel is very clean! And they provide the services needed well, such as the laundry detergent already being provided so you no need to ask receptionist for it. The cleaning service also will only come to clean the room only when you ask for it so it's good if you don't want to be disturbed or want some privacy. Have a lot of power socket for you to use, as well as a small projector for you to watch movies. Nice location with few minutes walk to the Metro station. Got shelves for the package and food delivery. Room got 2in1 wash and dry machine. Public areas have microwave, fridge, even powerbank rental and instant food fridge (need to pay), The only thing is about the soundproof you can clearly hear people walking down up the loft stair or when they talk super loud. Weekend time sometimes can hear people upstair do karaoke. But overall the hotel is nice and comfortable to stay in ✨

The room was comfortable and clean. Size was good for solo traveler or couples with short stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Wifi required local phone number to register so the front desk was helping me to connect with her phone number. Walking to metro is around 8 mins. Hotel was surrounded by restaurants and small shops. You might hear some sounds through thin walls but i could sleep peacefully with my earplugs. Would come back to stay again 👍🏻

Room was big enough for the two of us, location was great as well, just a 5-10minutes walk depending on speed. 小王 and colleagues were all very nice and friendly. Wechat enquires was replied quickly. Would stat again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Jing'an Temple. The area is surrounded by shopping malls like Jiuguang and Réel, and there are numerous renowned restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently located not far from the subway station, and a taxi ride to Nanjing Road or The Bund only takes about ten minutes. The hotel's decor is elegant, the rooms are clean, and the design is well-thought-out.

This hotel is conveniently located near Changping Road subway station, making it very easy to get around. The room was clean and odor-free, with pristine white and crisp bedding. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze.

Very helpful and friendly staff though they didn't speak any English. Breakfast was a bit bland and low quality but OK. The rooms were well designed and equipped but the only problem is that they smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice with actual doors which is rare in China hostels.

The staff there are very friendly, not only the front desk staff even their cleaner! Good to have them. Firstly, My first room was very heavy the smoking smell, I told one of the front desk staff, he help me change my room immediately without hesitation. However, I would like to point out that, I understand that in China smoking is permitted but the corridor was too heavy with the smell, somehow I feel that the smell actually come in to the room. (Ps: maybe is just my level that have heavy smoking smell) Secondly, there are many shops around the hotel even there are small marts just next to the hotel or opposite of the hotel. There is a metro station in 10 minutes walk. Quite near.

The room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable; I was extremely satisfied. Breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious and delicious options. A special shout-out to the young man at the front desk, 'Xiaoju' – the one with the distinctive big eyes and double eyelids! He was exceptionally warm, enthusiastic, and provided incredibly thoughtful service. We immediately decided to extend our stay! 🤗

Our room was impeccably clean and tidy, with wonderfully soft and comfortable bedding. The excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Every detail was simply perfect!
