The staff are extremely rude and the customer service overall is very poor. Staff are not welcoming and go out of their way to try and make your stay difficult. Aside from that the rooms are very clean and spacious and the price is very reasonable. The outdoor pool is a plus in the summer, but the lack of pool loungers which have seemingly been replaced with yoga mats is very low rent. Would highly recommend if you are planning not to spend much time at the hotel, or if it is summer and you are wanting to luxuriate in an outdoor pool - otherwise don’t bother! They clearly don’t want repeat business.

While some of the room's facilities felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean, and the staff were attentive enough to provide a clothes drying rack when they saw I was air-drying clothes. The swimming pool was the main reason I chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. It was less crowded in the evenings, making it perfect for the kids to maintain their water confidence. The self-service laundry room could benefit from more plastic bags and notepads; a laundry hamper would also be a great addition. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I appreciated that teacups were available for brewing tea. The location is also very convenient, being just a few hundred meters from two subway stations. Plus, there's a lovely bakery nearby with delicious treats.

A great new hotel experience, with a stylish, unique and tasteful Shikumen architectural style. I especially like the room with skylight and small balcony on the top floor, and the exquisite and detail-oriented bathroom design is also great. I am also very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially Simon and Ashley at the front desk are very considerate and thoughtful, which deserves praise!

We were given a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a great surprise. Despite the bad weather in the city, the staff were very helpful – they checked whether the nearby park was open and if we’d be able to get there. Unfortunately, we couldn’t visit the park due to flooding, but I’d gladly come back and stay in the same hotel again. Breakfast was great – local and very tasty!

We had a great stay here - the staff were amazingly helpful and while their English was limited, they happily used a translator app to speak with us. We arrived very early and they gave us a room to freshen up in without hesitation and looked after our bags for the day while we explored the city. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. They’re not on a high floor but were surprisingly quiet. The location wasn’t perfect for us but we used DiDi to get around which was affordable and made the location quite workable. We would happily stay again.

The hotel put the room diffuser, it smells like Longing tea, that I really like.. Location: Wuning station exit 1. Breakfast: valuable price. (Porridge, Noodles, bread, salad, soy milk, yogurt, coffee, etc.) 24 hours. Laundry service.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facilities were minimalist yet functional, and the environment was pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of light and low-calorie options, which suited both me and my child perfectly. I would definitely consider All Seasons Hotel again for our next trip.

The room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable; I was extremely satisfied. Breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious and delicious options. A special shout-out to the young man at the front desk, 'Xiaoju' – the one with the distinctive big eyes and double eyelids! He was exceptionally warm, enthusiastic, and provided incredibly thoughtful service. We immediately decided to extend our stay! 🤗

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway entrance and situated in a residential area, making it very easy to access transport and dining options. Cons: The front desk service was unenthusiastic, and the hotel facilities were just average. We specifically booked a room rate that included breakfast, only to find out it was provided by a neighboring restaurant through a partnership. We were given a limited selection of set meals to choose from. Frankly, we would have been better off just going to that restaurant directly, as it would have been significantly cheaper, and the breakfast quality wasn't great anyway.

It was my first time to Shanghai on a business trip. I chose a place close to my business. The price was affordable. The front desk service was very gentle. When I checked in, the front desk poured me tea and candies. Because I went early, the front desk asked me to choose a room in a favorite location. They also introduced the hotel's laundry room. If you need them to wash, just call to let them know. The service was very good. The room was quite large, there was a massage chair in the lounge area, and there was also a spinning bike, which you can ride when you have nothing to do. The surrounding area is very prosperous and the transportation is convenient. If you come next time, it's better to choose here
