The hotel service was great, with shuttle and tour guide services available. Breakfast and late-night snacks were excellent, and the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The staff, especially those handling Pudong Airport pickups, were very enthusiastic. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a subway station.

Every time I come to Pudong, I stay here. It's very convenient and clean. The stairs have carpeted anti-slip strips, which is much better. However, the night light cannot be turned off and is too bright, affecting my sleep. Every time I come, I have to find a way to cover it. Additionally, the six extra hooks in the middle of the curtains also affect my sleep. This time, the airplane painted on the road is very creative, but is there a typo? Or am I out of touch and don't understand internet slang? Is it ”Jiang” or ”Jiāng”?

The room was really big and spacious, and the facilities were quite new. There's a mall downstairs with plenty of food options. The best part was the shuttle service to the airport, Disneyland, the aquarium, the planetarium, and the subway station. Driver Wang, who handled the airport transfers, was really nice; he proactively helped with luggage and knew the routes well, so no time was wasted.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and elegant! It even has a large bathtub! The facilities are comprehensive and new, and the staff provides excellent service. I chose this hotel because I had an early flight the next day. It's close to the airport and offers a free 24-hour shuttle service. Honestly, I was a bit nervous about finding it since I hadn't been there before. I took the bullet train to Terminal 1/2. After calling the front desk for directions, they told me to wait at Gate 29 on the third floor of Terminal 2's departure level. I found it quickly, and it's closer than Gate 3 at Terminal 1! The shuttle runs every half hour, which is quite frequent, and the ride to the hotel only takes about ten minutes. The front desk attendant also kindly informed me of the shuttle times and pick-up location for the next day. It's a very satisfying hotel experience!

I was incredibly impressed by this hotel the moment I checked in! From stepping into the lobby, you could feel the warm and professional service from the staff. They proactively helped with my luggage and patiently handled the check-in process, which made me feel very well taken care of. The room was exquisitely decorated, clean, and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning – comfort level was absolutely top-notch. The facilities and amenities were also incredibly comprehensive, with attention to detail that really showcased quality. The breakfast spread was so diverse it was hard to choose, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was fantastic! The location is also super convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. In short, everything about this hotel was impeccable. It's definitely my first choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Gaokao (college entrance exam) and proximity to Nanhui Middle School, along with the new hotel, made it my first choice. When booking, I asked the hotel for a late check-out, but was promptly denied. The next day, the hotel said applying for a Huazhu Club membership for 99 RMB would allow for a late check-out until 2 PM. This felt like predatory behavior and a terrible experience. Parking is free upon check-in, but you can't park in the hotel entrance. You have to drive to the public parking lot behind, which is first-come, first-served. It's very inconvenient on rainy days. We booked a simple family room. The amenities are all new, which is a plus. Hmm... unless there are special circumstances, I won't be back. Service: Average. The brightest smile was when I signed up for the membership card.

先説好的吧，服務絕對沒問題，我們是出差住，希望能有個安靜的環境，前台很配合的幫我們選房間。停車也是免費的，工作人員有效的引導我們去停車場……等等，服務沒得説。 但是這個酒店，實在是年頭太久了，設施太破了…… 1、房間貼的壁紙都發黴了 2、正好趕上上海黃梅天，房間鋪的木地板，一層水霧，滑 3、也是黃梅天的關係，被子都是潮的，躺上去濕唧唧的 4、廁所的淋浴肯定是新更新的，多功能淋浴還不錯……但是，這個下水系統……反正我們浴室洗完澡就養魚了（見視頻） 5、房間的燈，我真的是不想吐槽，一看就是老賓館改造……看起來智能化，用遙控器可以控制全屋的燈，但實際呢，房間的所有燈的開關全部不能用，你衹能用遙控器上面的四個按鈕控制四個區域的燈全開或者全關…… 6、空調……製冷不錯，但是，也是太破的空調了，衹有製冷和制熱兩個功能，抽濕啥的全沒有…… 反正我個人觀點，上海黃梅天是季節性的，每年都會有，難道每年來的客人都衹能睡濕被子嗎？我是180元定的大床房，也是被“智能”和圖片誘導了，實際上，這個房間最多值70塊一晚上，再考慮地段不錯，90元頂天了……

The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to the subway. Plenty of dining options are available nearby. The hotel backs onto a residential complex, so rooms not facing the street are very quiet. The housekeeping lady was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, almost always happy to help. While there's a coffee machine in the lobby, it was a bit finicky to use. There's also only one washing machine, which often resulted in long waits. Room soundproofing is poor; I could clearly hear the TV from the adjacent room. Breakfast is not a buffet; it consisted of the same two steamed buns, one egg, and a carton of milk every single day. I was utterly fed up with it.

I arrived after 11 pm had a quick and easy check in. I had paid in advance and was surprised that I didn't have to leave a deposit. This was a great, economical stay for easy access to the airport (about 25 minutes) using their free shuttle. I would stay here again for late arrival early departure to the airport. I would not stay more than 24 hours because there's nothing in the area but local restaurants.

Overall good, the aunt is very warm, very intimate breakfast service, especially the dog is very ”hospitable”, too fun, recommended for parent-child travel with children
