InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland is a fantastic choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The fresh air and nearby parks create a perfect atmosphere for unwinding, and the Wonder City Amusement Park, just a 5-minute walk away, adds an extra touch of fun to the experience. The hotel offers a delicious buffet, a great pool, and a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to visit the spa, which means we’ll have to come back again! A huge thank you to Sofiia, Seven, Vincent, and Alisa for their outstanding service—they answered all of our questions and made our stay as comfortable as possible, prepared a room with an amazing view for us. Special thanks to Bambi and Cora for preparing delicious complimentary desserts for us. Also, a big shoutout to Amiya, who helped organize room service late at night—super convenient! I also really enjoyed The Cliff Show, and I appreciate Sofiia reminding us about it by sending a helpful notice. The staff is available 24/7 and speaks English, Russian, and Korean, which made communication effortless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved our 4-night stay (with a 6-hour extension) in this hotel. On top of a really good service, we got free breakfast, too. The breakfast is Asian style. Being Filipinos, we enjoyed it. We had the Chinese version of ”buchi,” ”lumpia,” ”chao fan,” ”siopao,” and more. We also had orange juice, soy milk, milk, coffee, and water for drinks. If you are looking for a Western style breakfast, there is KFC and Starbucks right at the Metro Station area (or subway), where you can also ride Line 9. We ate burgers bought at KFC, my mother found the burger with tomatoes delicious. They have free bottled water, provided with a kettle and tea. There is also a robot that serves as the hotel delivery boy. :-) I wish we could have a robot like that at home. :-D The people at the hotel are really great. We wish to say hello to Ms. Zhao Ming Di, who assisted us and was very helpful and resourceful. :-) They've got hot shower, with shampoo and soap provided. Towels are included, too. You can watch Hollywood movies on their TV, too. We played ”The Mummy,” ”Gladiator,” etc. We also watched a Chinese movie ”Shaolin Popey” with English subtitles. :-) If you wish to extend your stay at this hotel, you can pay 25RMB/hour for your room. If you are a nature lover, this hotel is near Sheshan Hill (Line 9 Sheshan Metro Station). In fact, the Sheshan area itself has its own tourist spots (not just the Catholic church and the space observatory. There are many others.). They are not as famous as The Bund area, of course, but you will like the Sheshan area if you have the chance and the effort to explore it. I sincerely wish we were able to explore the Sheshan area more, but we only spent a few hours and we spent all of it on the top of the Sheshan hill. If you want to buy sweets and goods to take home, this hotel is near Qibao Ancient Town (Line 9 Qibao Metro Station). There are many shops there and their prices are much lower than those in The Bund. My mother bought many things at Qibao, like candies, toys, a comb, etc. I bought a pocketwatch. They also sell Chinese traditional clothes there. There is also a high-end shopping mall right next to the Qibao Metro Station, the name is Vanke Mall, in case you wish to buy Western-brand goods and have Western-style meals. The hotel itself is also near a park, but we didn't get a chance to walk in that park. I checked it on a map, it looked huge. Maybe, next time we will. :-)

We brought our 2 year old daughter here for 3 days and 2 nights. We had a okay but slightly underwhelming experience. The pros: The suite was large and spacious, and had a powder room attached to the living room The hotel was not busy (in the middle of November) and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere The hotel has several kid-friendly activities/amenities on site, including an artificial beach, indoor playroom and a small farm where you can feed animals The hotel is a relatively short drive from central Shanghai The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, and our butler kindly arranged for us to check in early The cons: The indoor playroom is dated and the air inside was stale. Despite it being closed for cleaning during lunchtime everyday, I noticed a fair amount of debris and hair in the ballpit and sandpit. While there was a good range of animals on the small farm, the animals were dirty and not well kept The separate area for feeding cats was also dirty and some of the cats did not look healthy The buffet breakfast was below average We ate at both of the hotel restaurants and found the food mediocre and overpriced

The room facilities are relatively complete and new, and the environment is also very good. The ladies and brothers at the front desk are very considerate. I stayed for a long time this time, and I got to know the aunt who cleaned my room. She is from Northeast China and is very enthusiastic. Hahaha. It is trustworthy.

The customer service was excellent and there is a very nice breakfast buffet. The location is a little far from most things, but it is easy and inexpensive to get a taxi. There is a McDonald's, Sam's Club deli, and a Starbucks right next door. The room was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with everything from getting a taxi to ordering food. It's very good value for the money.

Facilities: There are bath and shower facilities, and there is a massage chair that can be used for free, which is very comfortable. There is no bathrobe, but it doesn't matter. Also, you have to go downstairs to get the takeaway, which is considered as exercise, which is not a big deal. Service: From the front desk to the cleaning staff, the attitude is very good. Knowing that my mother almost slipped, they immediately greeted and laid a cloth. There are welcome fruit and coffee coupons, and breakfast is basically Chinese and Western. Hygiene: It is quite clean. I saw the aunt vacuuming and wiping the door. Sound insulation is OK. At least there is no frequent opening and closing of doors in the middle of the night, and no one is making loud noises in the corridor, and no noises from the next door are heard. Of course, it may also be related to the quality of the tenants. In any case, it is recommended to stay.

After comparing many hotels, we chose the Shanghai Songjiang University Town Hotel, which is only 1 km away from the school. Originally, it was just for convenience, but I didn't expect that this stay would completely refresh my understanding of ”student-friendly hotels”! Geographical location: Walk to school, saving time and effort. The hotel is located on Xinsongjiang Road, only a 10-minute walk from the east gate of my university. For freshmen and parents dragging large and small bags, this distance is perfect! On the day of registration, I saw many classmates taking taxis from a distance, and my parents and I walked slowly to school after breakfast, without rushing at all. 2. The surrounding life is also very convenient: **Convenience store**: FamilyMart is next to the hotel, and it is super convenient to buy daily necessities and snacks. **Food**: There are KFC, Starbucks, and several affordable small restaurants nearby, which are suitable for student consumption. 2. Free printing service: Before checking in, I found that I missed a document. The lady at the front desk helped me print it without saying a word and adjusted the format. 2. Flexible luggage storage: After checking out, the school dormitory is not open yet. The hotel stores luggage for free for 3 days, saving the trouble of moving back and forth. 5. Summary: Why do I strongly recommend this hotel? Deep understanding of the student group: From midnight snacks to printing, the needs are accurately grasped. High cost performance: The price is affordable among hotels in the same area, but the service is comparable to high-end brands. Strong human touch**: The staff remembered the guest's last name and wished me ”good luck in my studies” when I left. This experience made me believe that a good hotel can not only provide accommodation, but also be the first stop for studying in a foreign country. Next time my parents come to visit me, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The homestay is really like an art hall. The elegant arc exterior wall combines the details of Jiangnan style with unique style. The room is also a shallow warm color, warm and romantic. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom space is large, there are free tea bags and refrigerator drinks~ There is actually a private soup pool on the balcony~ In the outdoor yard you can camp barbecue, rent bicycles to ride, swim and play in the summer... The breakfast is rich and exquisite. Although it is a set meal, there are a dozen things~ There are also two cute dogs Wangzi and buns. I see the guests very enthusiastic~

Our stay at Aman Yangyun was an unforgettable experience for our family. We arrived at the hotel by taxi from the airport, but we encountered a problem as we couldn’t complete the payment due to issues with our Alipay setup. The hotel staff quickly stepped in, escorting us to the lobby and taking care of the payment on our behalf. Moreover, since the taxi driver had charged us an unreasonably high amount, the staff even negotiated a reduction for us. Their swift and thoughtful actions gave us a great sense of relief. While every aspect of our stay was exceptional, the following experiences left a particularly lasting impression: 1. **Calligraphy Workshop with the Kids** We participated in a calligraphy session as a family, where we learned the techniques of writing and created beautiful pieces under the guidance of the instructor. 2. **Cycling Adventures** We rented bikes and explored the vast forest adjacent to the hotel. The cycling experience was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. 3. **New Year’s Fireworks** At midnight on New Year’s Eve, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky. The sheer volume of fireworks was astonishing—far beyond what you’d expect from a single hotel. It was a truly satisfying experience, and we could tell that a great deal of effort and expense had gone into the celebration. 4. **Peaceful Landscape with Wildlife** The hotel grounds were home to deer, black swans, and a beautiful river, creating a serene and idyllic landscape that was both calming and delightful. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family.

This is the best Atour Hotel I have ever stayed in. Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms, thoughtful midnight snacks, and comfortable bedding. A week here really washed away my fatigue. When I really left, I felt a little reluctant. The investors were very willing to spend money and used the best materials. The texture is really different. The whole hotel is warm, safe and sunny! Everything was considered very comprehensively. When I went to do laundry, I found that there were seven or eight kinds of laundry products suitable for different clothes! There are also many books in the hall. If you want to read, just go and get one. You will feel safe and calm as soon as you enter the door. More importantly, the attitude of the staff here is very, very good. They will take the initiative to solve problems when they arise. When they see that someone is not doing well, they will take the initiative to provide convenience (such as giving water, helping to open the door with large items, and providing earplugs for those who are sensitive to the environment). When they saw that I was hungry, they even agreed to let me eat in the employee cafeteria! It is about 2km away from Sijing/Dongjing subway station, and there is also a bus that takes about 10 minutes. The transportation is okay, and there is a Lawson next to it, so it is not very, very, very remote. Oh, by the way, there are some cats and dogs at the door, and there are many trees around. The natural environment is pretty good. If you want to bask in the sun, you can come to the table in front of Lawson's door to bask in the sun. Good review! Hope to have the chance to come again!
