Hotels in Pudong International Airport Area, Shanghai

The room was spacious and generally clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. I was staying overnight for a connecting flight and was woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway. It's possible they were just very loud, though. The room had a window, but it faced the bathroom – luckily, there was a curtain to block it out. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but when I tried to call the number they gave me from the airport, it was constantly busy, so I ended up taking a taxi myself. The drop-off service to the airport, however, was perfectly fine; I took the hotel's car.

Location: 20-minute shuttle bus ride from Shanghai Pudong Airport. There are stores and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness and room amenities: My room is clean and the bedsheets smelled fresh and clean. The lobby, dining area and elevator were clean too. Water pressure was high in the shower and toilet. Toiletries were provided. There was a nice view of the village from my hotel window. Quiet surroundings. Service: Provided free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff communicated through Trip.com chat box for instructions. The name of the hotel (in Chinese and in English)is printed on the bus and the driver carries a placard with the name of the hotel written on it too. A bilingual voice-over gave instructions on the shuttle bus. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff asked me about the time of my airport drop- off. The staff could speak English. The hotel provided a wide selection for breakfast- Chinese and western food which were constantly replenished. Airy and comfortable atmosphere. Tasteful decorations.

brilliant location for terminal 1&2,(100m)and very clean. my only problem was the plugs in the room. please make sure you have a universal adapter plug for charging. tbh you can purchase one in the hotel shop by the lobby.

We were looking for hotel close to the airport because we had early morning flight. I decided to try this one as it was cheap and had good reviews. Very happy with the choice! Friendly and helpful staff, offer shuttle service but taxi is around 5€ and its just 10-15minutes in early hours so we opted for the comfort. They have laundry service and design of the rooms and hotel in general is very pleasant. Would not mind staying even longer. Didn’t have breakfast. There is a burger king and supermarket just nextdoor. Supermarket was really nice and had loads of stuff. Also a little store with loads of snacks. Corridors of the hotel were cold and we received no robes but other than that it was perfect and we would stay again.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a food festival. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, with brand-new facilities. I felt very secure during my stay. The service was excellent, and they even proactively offered a complimentary room upgrade. I had a fantastic rest. Its proximity to the airport is also a huge plus. Many thanks! Perfect choice for a convenient and comfortable overnight stay before my flight. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the free shuttle runs every 30 minutes to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, operating smoothly and right on time — ideal for catching early departures or late arrivals. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-insulated, offering a great view of departing aircraft for anyone who enjoys watching airport traffic. Despite the proximity to the runways, the noise level is minimal thanks to excellent soundproofing. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring a nice mix of Chinese and Western options — eggs, pastries, noodles, fruit, and fresh coffee — all well presented and constantly replenished. Staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and overall the stay was efficient and enjoyable.

The hotel is about a twenty-minute drive from Pudong Airport. You don't need to book in advance; just contact them directly after landing. We waited about ten minutes for the pick-up. Since our flight arrived early, the hotel arranged an immediate check-in, which was very thoughtful. However, there's only one shuttle to Disney in the morning at 7:20 AM, which is too early, and the frequency is too low. So we ended up taking taxis ourselves for both days, which was very inconvenient. The bedding was rich and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but had everything you'd need. I'd recommend it.

The room was great, with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom and smart controls (Xiao Du). The breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western styles; the Chinese options weren't extensive, but they had freshly made rice noodles, regular noodles, and wontons. They offer a shuttle service to Pudong Airport, though it runs about once every hour and a half and requires advance booking. The hotel is roughly 15-20 minutes from the airport.

I usually can't be bothered with reviews but I was so impressed by this hotel (considering its price) that I took so many photos and really wanted to express my pleasant experience. The room and toilet were clean and all which are expected of Atour but the new school design was a treat. On top of that, there's washing machines and the staff there are happy to help with laundry (there's a queue system too) it's very youngster vibes. Highlight of my stay is the sexy sunset nightlight and also little things like sensor-operated under bed night light when I get up at night. They give us good toothbrushes and toothapste that smells like expensive chrysanthemum and also can't believe the best hairdryer in all my stays in china. Staff are young and chill too. All's great I can't wait to return.
