Hotels in Hongqiao District, Shanghai

Booked a few rooms for our trip in Shanghai. The single bedroom was very, very nice and the service was amazing. Really great breakfast. There was included service to the airport in Hongqiao. The only issue I had was that this room at the end of the hall was below a room that was used for karaoke in the evening, so it would wake me up from midnight to 2 AM even when using the provided earplugs. Not sure why there is karaoke activity in a hotel but that was the only downside. It was something that the front desk warned me about at the beginning of my stay, but they weren’t able to switch rooms as the room type I booked was all booked.  Other than that, I would recommend staying here as most room rooms. Do not have this issue.

As always - a warm welcome back - from front desk to housekeeping- the staff are super nice, efficient and friendly, helps to have the familiarity when away from home for long stints. Had a fab room this time with the view of the Chinese style park - much appreciated. As a single female traveler - feel safe, the hotel is stringent on strangers, no loitering from outsiders. Hotel is in a local neighbourhood so you can check out the eateries etc Hotel is 5 mins walk from Shui Cheng road station on line 10 which can take you to both Honqqiao airport and train station (20-30 mins) - the key exhibition centre as well as easy access for both main exhibition centres in Pudong ( 45- 1 hour) . Also easy access to french concession (shanghai library stop) , Xintiandi, yu garden and east Nanjing road - all key must see areas of Shanghai

Nice hotel in the heart of Korea town in Shanghai. Lots of great Korean restaurants nearby as well as MixC shopping mall. Metro is 2 blocks away. Tatami room is spacious and futon bed incredibly comfortable.

My parents stayed here while visiting. The location is close to our apartment while being well connected to the rest of the city by the nearby line 10 Yili Station. They had breakfast every morning and enjoyed it each time.

Returning to Shanghai alone with my three children, the communal atmosphere of this place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The cleaning staff and front desk attendants were always smiling and welcoming. Wendy was particularly helpful, always ready to assist with any extra requests I had. Security Guard 002 also went above and beyond; he helped with package deliveries and even carried our luggage to the car. We are truly grateful for his help.

This is a truly amazing hotel that offers a comfortable and pleasant experience! First off: the 5-star service is impeccable, with attentive and incredibly friendly staff. Their professional service made me feel right at home and left a deep impression. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, allowing me to get to my room and relax without delay. Lobby: The 5-star hotel's signature scent is very refreshing, and the furnishings are upscale. Room is fantastic: The design is simple yet stylish, with a well-thought-out layout and comfortable furniture placement. It looks soft during the day and is just as good at night. Location: It's a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Beixinjing Station on Line 2. For getting around the city, using a map is still more convenient. The meticulous service, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful amenities make this my top choice for business trips and leisure travel.

The hotel boasts a great location, offering a quiet retreat while still being conveniently close to Hongqiao Railway Station and the airport. Metro Line 2 provides direct access, and Songhong Road Station Exit 5 is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. You can also take Metro Line 2 to Pudong Airport, People's Square, and Nanjing Road. Next to the hotel is a shopping complex called Livat, which has a wide variety of restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. I really liked the hotel's French-style decor. The staff were warm and attentive, and the laundry facilities and gym were a great convenience for guests. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and delicious selection. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai! Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel offers luxurious and comfortable guest rooms, each elegantly designed to seamlessly blend modern and traditional elements. The hotel's environment is excellent, and its location is incredibly convenient, with several shopping malls of various sizes nearby, perfect for dining and shopping. The staff provided warm and enthusiastic service. A special shout-out to Anna for arranging the room!

Good services and they threw in extra breakfasts. There are no good restaurants and shopping malls nearby. But you can always take DiDi to get to them. DiDi fare is about CNY$15.

It is conveniently located in a shopping center, so you have several options to eat and do. The access is a bit hidden and complicated for cabs. The three girls at the front desk were very indifferent and a bit rude. I asked as a special requirement that they help me with my luggage since I was coming out of surgery and none of them wanted to do it. I also asked for a room away from the elevators and was assigned a room less than 20 meters away! The room is a small apartment, they do not include cooking accessories or any other amenities Near from the laundry machine they have a lot of humidity .
