Very nice hotel with good friendly staff. They offer free delivery and help to store your Taobao packages. The free breakfast every morning is very delicious with various cuisine selections. The location is very convenient too. Right in the city center and easy to call didi as well as metro which is right across. The bicycles are parked right in front as well so you can rent them. Free water and snacks are given everyday too. Will definitely recommend this place if you were to stay in Shanghai.

I frequently come to Shanghai for exhibitions, and I never realized there was an Ibis so close to the convention center until I was booking a hotel this time. I immediately reserved a room and found the location even more convenient than I expected. It's a short walk to the subway, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and Century Park is extremely close. The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, the room was clean and quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

Here's what I liked: 1. We were attending an exhibition at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, and this hotel was super convenient. The bus stop right outside was a huge plus. 2. Great value for money. Staying in Shanghai for less than 200 RMB a night with these conditions is pretty good. 3. The front desk staff was very kind. They helped us extend our check-out until 2 PM and stored our luggage for free. Areas for improvement: 1. The cleanliness of the bedsheets could use more attention. Even though we brought our own disposable items, seeing stains and hair when we first pulled back the covers was a bit unsettling. 2. The cleaning lady for our room might have been a bit too enthusiastic. We had the 'Do Not Disturb' light on, but she would still knock every day to offer service. Once, while we were out, she even came in to change the trash bag. While well-intentioned, it made us feel a little uncomfortable. 3. The TV was practically useless; we could only watch it by connecting our own phone's hotspot. 4. Our room's window faced a kindergarten, which provided a daily 'wake-up call' that left us a bit flustered. Overall, the pros and cons balance each other out, and considering the price, there's not much to complain about.

An unexpectedly great stay! I booked it when it was on a special sale. The hotel is located by the river, which makes it quiet. The facilities are excellent, and the room is very spacious, equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and microwave. There's also an outdoor laundry room where you can tumble dry your clothes for free. Other hotel facilities are also good, with complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money.

Pros: Located near the Maglev station, Metro Super Market, and the Shanghai Metro station (all within approximately 5 min walking distance). Lots of local foods near the maglev station. Approx 10-20 minutes walk to the Expo. Friendly staff with limited English conversation. Use translation apps to communicate. Drinking water and coffee is available 24/7 at the lobby. Local breakfast buffet for 25RMB. Cons: Cigarrete smells in Non Smoking room and visible dust on the wallpaper.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the metro station, with several dining options in the vicinity, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are fine, the room is very nice, very spacious, clean, and has good amenities. In addition, I was able to use the washing machines and gym for free without any problems. Breakfast is a buffet, varied, and has several options for Westerners as well. Personally, what I didn't like is that all the time, when I left my room, I saw all the garbage and clutter from when they cleaned other rooms, which wasn't very nice. I show it in the photos. Also, the coffee and tea offered in the room were all expired. I noticed after trying one, and it tasted very bad. In short, the hotel is fine for the price you pay; it would simply be better if those details were corrected.

Absolutely dreadful stay! They charged over 600 for what was essentially a tiny box room! At check-in, the staff informed me I'd been given a room with a window and a 135cm wide bed. However, once I stepped into the room, I discovered the *entire* room width was barely 150cm! I didn't see any other rooms, but I honestly can't fathom how they justify such a price. A huge thumbs down, a massive one! This is the one and only time I didn't bother checking negative online reviews, and naturally, I ended up experiencing a nightmare myself!

On the first floor, you can practice calligraphy for free and enjoy complimentary coffee and tea. The hot water supply was excellent. The room was equipped with a smart speaker, Xiaodu, for full smart home control. The environment was very quiet, and I had a comfortable stay with good bedding, leading to a great night's sleep. There's a subway station about a 10-minute walk away, making transportation quite convenient. There are also dining options nearby, and it's only about 3-4 kilometers from the Pudong Art Museum.

The environment is very good and clean. I arrived very late and the front desk guy prepared milk snacks for me. He also upgraded my room for free. When I left, the girl gave me a small wooden comb. The service attitude was very good.
