Hotel is extremely near to metro station line14 and just beside it there's LAWSON. 4 mins walk to hotel from metro. The Staff is nice, friendly and helpful with all our queries. FREE Bfast n FREE laundry service (pack it into laundry bag & pass to staff. They leave it back in your room after drying).

The hotel is located near exhibition centre and Laya Plaza mall. Has its own parking and 500 m from metro station. The rooms are small but have window and clean. The toilet is equipped with toiletries and clean towels. They hotel offers free Do it your own laundry, dry and ironing service which is great. The breakfast is good although most items are Chinese dishes but salads, eggs, fruits, juice milk and cake can be had by western and other asian non Chinese food eating people. The reception is manned 24 hrs and has luggage storage and outside food order delivery service to room by robot. They have strict checkout policy at 12 otherwise payable by every hour. The hotel is not part of Accor anymore despite the same name and is under H brand of hotels as per reception staff.

Best you can get for the price. Great location, very close to SNIEC and other locations in Pudong. The only problem is the loud school across the street at 9am

First room is clean but lack of maintenance. Second room no clean as first one. Toilet and washing machine leaking and cause the floor in the room to be wet. They change a room for me but end up the room is smaller and no warm water for shower and also there is some hair over the shower head bracket…….. Afternoon shift front desk service is good but they delay my checkin time for 45minutes Night shift front desk service is poor especially the young guy having his supper and video games when on duty and ignore customer requests. But the technical stuff uncle provide a very good service.

Pros: Located near the Maglev station, Metro Super Market, and the Shanghai Metro station (all within approximately 5 min walking distance). Lots of local foods near the maglev station. Approx 10-20 minutes walk to the Expo. Friendly staff with limited English conversation. Use translation apps to communicate. Drinking water and coffee is available 24/7 at the lobby. Local breakfast buffet for 25RMB. Cons: Cigarrete smells in Non Smoking room and visible dust on the wallpaper.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Pudian Road Station (Line 2, Exit 6). However, because it's a busy area with many traffic lights and narrow sidewalks, it's not very convenient when dragging luggage. The Yuxingji restaurant next to the hotel serves delicious crab roe noodles and xiaolongbao; it has three floors, so you generally don't need to queue. There are also malls and convenience stores nearby, which is quite convenient. For food delivery, you can pick it up from the front desk on the 5th floor yourself or have a robot deliver it to your room door. However, one unsatisfactory aspect was the poorly managed laundry room. Since there was no staff supervision, when I wanted to use a machine, all three washing machines had finished cycles, but no one came to collect their clothes. There was also no staff to help move washed clothes aside so other guests could use the machines. I also heard from other guests that the dryers were inefficient; even after three 30-minute high-heat cycles, clothes were still not dry. Consequently, I waited twice for others to finish, but they all said their clothes weren't dry and needed more drying, refusing to vacate the machines. I had no choice but to take my wet clothes back to my room to air dry. This left me with a rather unpleasant experience... Overall, though, I would still recommend this hotel if you plan to visit areas like the city center or The Bund.

The hotel is as photos showed. Room was nice and clean, they have a robot to send foods when you have any food delivery. They offer parcel collection services too. Location is good not too far from the centre, but need to change transit to the line 2 for all attractions. The hotel just one road away from MRT. You can get out from MRT Fangdian road (exit 3)

Service: Attentive. Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: Very convenient. It's located close to the exhibition center, with Metro Lines 2 and 7 nearby providing easy access to popular attractions like The Bund and Disneyland. The adjacent Kerry Centre offers excellent options for shopping and dining. It offers great value for money, especially for business travelers.

I recently stayed at Jianguo Hidden Hotel in Shanghai and had a great experience! The room was newly renovated, very spacious, and super clean. The hotel itself is well-maintained and located conveniently near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded my room to a better one, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights of the hotel is the cozy lounge area – a perfect spot to relax or have a chat with friends. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Their warm hospitality really made me feel welcome. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shanghai!

The environment is very good and clean. I arrived very late and the front desk guy prepared milk snacks for me. He also upgraded my room for free. When I left, the girl gave me a small wooden comb. The service attitude was very good.
