The hotel is very close to the Jiangwan Campus of Fudan University, within walking distance, and is also close to the Xinjiangwancheng subway station. It is very convenient for us to travel for business and attend meetings. The hotel is on the 6th to 12th floors, which is relatively safe. Takeaways can be delivered by robots, which is very convenient, the environment is good, and the front desk service attitude is good.

The place is quite nice, the rooms are cozy and have everything you may need. CityGo House is located a bit far from downtown (it takes around 30-40mins by subway), however the location itself is good, the subway station is very near, there are also many shopping malls around, where you can find anything you need. The service though was not the best. It took a long time to check in with the foreign passport, the staff looked lost and confused. Their English is very poor as well.

The room is spacious, with large windows. The service of Qiao Yin at the front desk is very good, the bed is comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is only 5 minutes away. The service is also very enthusiastic. I will come again next time. The clerk checks in quickly and the attitude is very friendly. The price is also very cheap.

There is a free parking lot but it is very small. Fortunately, a driver helped me park the car. I took a taxi and the subway to travel. The room is quite big in Shanghai. The service of the beautiful lady at the front desk was also very good. For takeaway, I had to go downstairs and pick it up from the shelf at the entrance of the hotel. The only bad thing was that I found two stains on the towels. I hope they can strengthen the cleaning and disinfection work!

I have stayed here several times, and yesterday was the worst check-in experience. I booked the room in the afternoon and checked in at around 11pm. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that only an auntie had not cleaned the room yet, and asked me to wait. Then I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes, but it was still not cleaned. Later, I decided to go out for something to eat and come back to check in. I returned an hour later, but the room was still not cleaned, and asked me to wait another 5 minutes, so I continued to wait. I finally checked in, and when I got to the room, I found that there were paper towels used by the previous resident on the table, and it was very obvious. It was acceptable that they did not mop the room, but this paper towel was unacceptable to me.

To be honest, the room is excellent. When you enter the room, you can see that it is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable and warm to stay in. I strongly recommend this hotel, and the service provided by Sana is good.
