Big room, clean and good service. I would recommend the hotel to adjust the air con in rooms to lower temp when the temp is hot like this week.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. It's also great for families traveling with children. Suggestions: Two pillows for a double bed felt a bit sparse; four would be much more comfortable. Also, adding a clothesline would be a great convenience, especially for hanging personal towels and other small items.

Every time I travel to Wujiaochang for business, I always choose to stay at this hotel. This time, I also booked the Wujiaochang Hyatt for my client. The hotel lobby is very grand, the decoration is very nice, the service is very meticulous, and every aspect is taken into consideration. The environment and sanitation are very good. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic, the service is super good, the check-in is fast, the room has floor-to-ceiling windows, the breakfast is also very rich, and the stay is very comfortable. I stayed at this hotel first time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect. The rooms were poorly maintained - on several occasions, I was given rooms with peeling walls and visibly dirty bed headboards. While I could overlook the walls, stained headboards are simply unacceptable for a hotel. To their credit, the hotel eventually upgraded my room after three complaints, but it shouldn’t take so many requests to get a clean, presentable space. The lobby (first floor) is stunning, with complimentary drinks and an elegant atmosphere. It set high expectations, but the rooms didn’t match - they felt neglected in comparison. I hope management pays more attention to room upkeep.

The Wujiaochang area boasts excellent transportation links, with Metro Line 10 providing direct access to Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station. The surrounding area is a bustling commercial hub, featuring major shopping malls like Bailian, Hopson One, Wanda, and Printemps. Hopson One, in particular, offers great convenience for shopping and dining. The hotel is also conveniently located near several universities, including Fudan University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics; Tongji University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University are also easily accessible via Metro Line 10. The hotel's facilities are quite new. However, the interior design had some functional shortcomings. For instance, the bathroom door's proximity to the toilet is awkward; a sliding door would have been much more practical. The placement of the washbasin mirror directly facing the bed is also problematic, as it can disrupt sleep, especially when the lights are on. Furthermore, the lighting design is overly complex, with switches scattered inconveniently throughout the room, making them cumbersome to use. Overall, the facilities are very new and stylish. These are my personal observations after staying for several days.

Meiyi Hotel Wujiaochang (Fudan Management School Branch) in Shanghai is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right near the metro station and conveniently situated next to shopping malls and universities. Our room featured panoramic windows, smart controls, a truly comfortable mattress, and the bathroom details were excellent. The staff provided incredibly warm and welcoming service, and the 24-hour book bar and gym were practical and much-appreciated amenities. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

My first stay at Atour was such a pleasant surprise! As a pre-cruise stop before our MSC departure, our main requirements were complimentary parking and subway access to the Pudong riverside. We especially wanted to fulfill our child's wish to get a good look at the Oriental Pearl Tower and then watch the Bund light up from a bistro by the Pudong river. After extensive searching and reviewing traveler comments, we chose the Atour Hotel North Bund Riverside International. We arrived at noon, checked in, and stored our luggage. A 10-minute drive took us to Magnolia Plaza for lunch, where we also enjoyed a panoramic view of Pudong. Back at the hotel, we witnessed the meticulous and efficient operations of both the front desk and housekeeping departments. The lobby was serene and elegant, the floor layouts were well-organized with clear signage, and our room featured a sensible layout with all amenities thoughtfully provided, including complimentary mini-bar drinks and bottled water. The first-floor laundry room and the third-floor restaurant's evening congee station were more than just facilities; they exemplified Atour staff's exceptional service to ”Atour Friends,” allowing them to truly relax and unwind during their stay. My partner, who owns an Atour Planet Deep Sleep Pillow 1.0, felt it was time for an upgrade to the 2.0 or 3.0 version... which means the 1.0 will finally be mine! The breakfast spread offered a healthy mix of Chinese and Western options – just dig in and enjoy to your heart's content!

Absolutely fantastic! The environment was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location offers convenient transportation, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options. I'll definitely choose Atour Hotel again for my next trip.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on two separate occasions, both times our experience was excellent. The first thing we noticed is the attention to details and the attitude of the staff are really impeccable. Everything inside the room from the bath towels to the pillows are chosen with an eye for quality, nothing is left to chance. We especially enjoyed the complimentary evening supper and the morning breakfast. They are well prepared and comes with an excellent selection of local favorites. Again, all the little things added up to a wonderful overall experience of our stay there. My wife and I are already talking about making sure we always come back here every time we visit family in Shanghai and we look forward to staying at their other branches in Beijing and Hangzhou where we plan to visit in the near future
