Hotels in Dishui Lake and Lin-gang Area, Shanghai

The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The bay window with the tatami mat was quite comfortable, and the bedding was decent. It's very close to Haichang Ocean Park and Yaoxue Ice World. Food delivery is also very convenient, with robot delivery. However, the breakfast selection was limited and quite expensive; it cost 64 RMB for a 1.2m child, and there really wasn't much to eat. You're better off just ordering takeout.

The hotel is very close to the Dishuihu subway station, only a minute walk away, the surrounding attractions are relatively dense, and many popular landmarks can be reached on foot. The transportation convenience is beyond expectations! The newly opened hotel facilities are relatively new and the sanitary condition is satisfactory. The front desk staff is familiar with the surrounding attractions, can provide practical suggestions, respond to needs in a timely manner, and have a friendly service attitude.

Facilities: Very good, with a strong ski-lodge vibe. Great room view, thanks to the front desk for the upgrade. The toilet and bathroom are a bit small, otherwise no complaints. There's a sofa but no chairs. The floor lamp is poorly placed; it's easy for adult men to bump their heads on it. Environment: Excellent and very convenient. Ordering takeout is a breeze. Starbucks and McDonald's are right in the plaza outside. Service: Superb. The staff (both male and female) provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet is good. During the National Day holiday, the dinner buffet was 388 for two adults, or 488 for two adults and one child (over 1.2 meters tall). It was exceptionally good. They had freshly grilled tomahawk steaks with yellow mustard sauce. Also Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, cheese lobsters, beef, and mantis shrimp were all great. Highly recommended! Lastly, a tip (not sure if it's only during holidays): the lobby bar offers free freshly made popcorn in the afternoon, which the kids absolutely loved!

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, and the key is cost-effective. Our family of four originally planned to stay in a hotel with a two-day ticket next to Haichang. The family room cost almost 3,000 yuan. The problem is that the environment and hygiene conditions are not very good according to the reviews. We drove here by ourselves, so we decided to stay in Atour, which is a little further away. At least we can sleep well and don't have to worry about hygiene. There is Wanda less than 2 kilometers away, which is convenient for eating and shopping.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room decor was warm and elegant, and the bedding was so fluffy and comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed. The view from the window was expansive, and the morning sun streaming in was incredibly refreshing. The staff were warm and professional, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent. The ski floor is very convenient, with direct access to the slopes and a ski concierge nearby. The room design is good, and the materials used are top-notch, though the space utilization is a bit lacking; too much space is wasted in such a large room. The executive lounge is quite underwhelming, with very few drinks, mostly carbonated, and while there's coffee and tea, it's too basic and doesn't match the hotel's overall caliber. The food is even simpler, with nothing worth mentioning. Lastly, regarding facilities, the power outlets in the lobby on the first floor are incredibly perplexing; there's hardly anywhere to charge devices nearby. Please improve this as soon as possible. Cleanliness: Everything is excellent, as InterContinental usually is. Environment: Very good. From the lobby and restaurant on the first floor to the rooms, everything is great. Although I didn't get to experience many of the hotel's amenities like the swimming pool and gym, based on my check-in experience, it feels very good. Service: I'd like to highlight this. Miss Tan Suquan from the hotel is truly wonderful. Not only is she beautiful, but she's also incredibly kind and approachable. She was able to introduce all aspects of the hotel according to our needs, accompanied us to view rooms until we confirmed and selected the most suitable room type. Her suggestions always had the guest's best interest at heart – this is truly the core competitiveness of an InterContinental Hotels & Resorts property! Thumbs up! 👍🌹

Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is relatively high, and you can try Haichang again. But from the parking lot to the lobby, there is indeed a smell of decoration... just as rumored. The layout of the front desk seemed stingy. When I checked out, the entire front desk was gone and decoration started again, haha. The shuttle schedule is okay, but it fills up easily. For breakfast at the Penguin Hotel opposite, you have to wait in line. There are not many kinds of food, and the service is okay. It was also good to be able to sit next to the penguins later. The children's playground is not bad. You get a big penguin for free when you check in, which is quite nice.

The room is very neat and clean. There is also a gym and mahjong room. It is a very good hotel experience. I will choose to stay in this hotel again on my next business trip. I look forward to staying here next time.

The service was warm yet discreet, hygiene was impeccable, and the location was excellent for getting around, whether by car or ride-sharing. The in-room facilities were complete, with a very well-thought-out layout for the bathroom, shower, washbasin, minibar, and bedroom. A wall-sized window framed a dynamic painting; looking up, you could see planes dotting the sky, whether cloudy or clear, and looking down, the Drips Lake water belt encircled the land, like a blank canvas for the few modern buildings. The hotel's breakfast needs no extra praise; I think their room service was the most commendable – exquisite dishes, timely delivery, and a 20% discount. Such great value!

This hotel is conveniently located near Dishui Lake, just under a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are well-equipped, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room type. It's a serviced apartment, so it comes with a fridge, washing machine, and cooking facilities. The hotel is also close to the subway and the Planetarium, making it highly recommended for anyone vacationing in Lingang.
