Fantastic Stay Experience! I had a truly satisfying experience staying in the comfortable twin room at GreenTree Inn (Shanghai Hongqiao Hub Huaxiang Road Store). The hotel boasts a very accessible location with excellent transportation links, making it an ideal choice for travelers needing to catch high-speed trains or flights. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Check-in was swift and efficient, making me feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and tidy, featuring soft and comfortable bedding. The twin beds were very spacious, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The facilities were comprehensive: the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable – perfectly meeting all my business and leisure needs. The hotel environment was quiet, with good soundproofing, which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep. Dining and shopping options nearby were also very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai and will highly recommend it to friends. It offers truly excellent value for money!

True to its InterContinental roots, both the ambiance and service were fantastic. The only minor issue was that there was only one person at the front desk in the evening, so it was much quicker to grab any small necessities myself. Otherwise, everything else was excellent. The hotel rooms are very spacious. Despite being by the roadside, it wasn't noisy at all. The location is excellent, being conveniently close to both the airport and high-speed train stations. Breakfast was also quite extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and served until 10 AM, which is incredibly thoughtful for late risers. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor, making it very convenient for any snack or drink cravings.

The hotel is convenient if you are attending any exhibition near Hongqiao. The only drawback is the limited food options nearby. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Overall, I was pretty happy with our stay. We received a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. The service was quite efficient; for instance, housekeeping was meticulously checking the room's readiness just before check-in, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they promptly resolved a blocked toilet issue. Breakfast was just okay. The only real issue was that the showerhead in the shower stall wasn't fixed in place. It fell off as soon as the water was turned on, nearly hitting my child – that gave us quite a scare! Thankfully, the water wasn't hot at the time. We ended up having to hold the showerhead to shower, though the water pressure was strong. As it was quite late that night, we didn't report it to the hotel. I hope they can inspect and maintain these fixtures going forward. Otherwise, everything was great. Underground parking was free, the room was clean and well-maintained, the bedding was quite comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and food delivery could also be brought directly to the room. The area around the hotel had a complete range of dining and entertainment options.

The room was very clean, the front desk manager was very friendly and upgraded the room type. Parking is convenient. You can park in the underground parking garage and then take the elevator directly to the lobby. Parking is free for guests staying in the hotel.

The room is big, feels good, the price is moderate, the environment is good, the breakfast is good, the buffet restaurant is spacious, but the bathroom has a strong smell, which should be from the sewer. Turning on the exhaust fan is not very useful. The smell comes from time to time when I sleep at night.

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. Lucy at the front desk and Freddy at the lounge particularly left a lasting impression. Lucy, the front desk staff member, was incredibly efficient. She guided me through the check-in process with a constant smile, proactively informing me about the hotel's facilities and offering suggestions for local attractions. She even thoughtfully upgraded my room based on my needs. Her professionalism and attentiveness were evident in every detail. The hotel lounge was an even bigger surprise. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the selection of drinks and snacks was extensive and high-quality. Freddy was quick to replenish food and replace cutlery, all while being discreet and unobtrusive. Whether for a business meeting or just relaxing, the lounge provided a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. Overall, the service was impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

Golden Tulip Shanghai Hotel I had a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip Shanghai Hotel. The rooms were spacious, providing ample comfort, and the toilets and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious with a nice variety of options. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my cap behind, and the hotel kindly arranged to send it to my home address—such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, my experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. 😊

This was my second time in Shanghai for a comic convention with my daughter. She picked this hotel because it's close to the exhibition center, and also because the rooms have full-length mirrors. My daughter had a lot of packages delivered for the con, and I really appreciate the hotel staff, especially the lovely ladies, for patiently helping her find them!

A five-star experience overall! I especially want to commend Atour's professional service. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk for their thoughtful service. When I was doing laundry, I completely forgot that one of my cotton items couldn't be tumble-dried on high heat, but they specifically picked it out and dried it on low. They even returned a sock I had left behind! When I asked for body lotion, they said the new stock hadn't arrived yet, so they specially got some for me from the hotel next door. And when I mentioned I wasn't feeling well, they immediately offered to extend my check-out time. The service truly gets a hundred points! This time, when I checked into the room, the lobby was spacious and the scent was pleasant. Check-in was quick, and I felt well cared for. The room facilities allowed for screen mirroring, and the hot water was nice and warm. The room itself was clean and tidy. There were even staff members who greeted me in the hallways and offered warm water. They have a free 24-hour self-service laundry room, and there's complimentary congee available in the evenings. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again!
