Amazing stay. Close to the metro. 5km away from the oriental tower and the bund. Receptionist were very helpful. They do speak english which is the plus point . So far Marriott never fails to amaze. Convenient store just down the hotel. Nearest metro is 600m Lancun Road . Thank you. And the house keeping aunt was amazing .

I booked this hotel before my trip, and I was really impressed. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the peaceful environment was a huge plus. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Shanghai. I noticed they've added a laundry room, which is a great convenience. The fact that breakfast runs until 12:30 PM on holidays is a huge plus! The service is also excellent.

The front desk gave gifts to the children, and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful, and the location was excellent. The lady at the front desk was especially gentle. The environment was also very good. The service was fantastic!

The room has a modern, simple, and fresh style. Environment: Very close to Century Park and the East Hall of Shanghai Museum. Facilities: Very new. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs 🏪. A bit disappointed it wasn't open during the National Day holiday.

This boutique hotel has everything you need and more. They have a self-service laundry room, which is super clean, and the machines are top-notch. I was really impressed that breakfast extended until noon on holidays, which helped avoid the rush. Plus, they even had hearty dishes like shrimp in tomato sauce for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the room was spotless. Honestly, this felt like the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at on this trip. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and taste into this place.

Great hotel, close to lots of things to do in Pudong and easy to get to everywhere else in Shanghai. Good breakfast, comfy bed and very friendly staff. For anyone worried about the toilet in the bedroom, the toilet has a sliding door (see photo), but it’s very thin!

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps it was because I mentioned I'm a Marriott Titanium Elite member during check-in, even though this booking doesn't earn points. The handwritten welcome card was a really unexpected touch, plus a bottle of Perrier and some fruit – for a Fairfield by Marriott, that's practically unheard of! I'm very satisfied; you can really feel the hotel's thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The staff were also very enthusiastic, and there's free freshly ground coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was plentiful, and the mini wontons were especially delicious.
