Stayed: Nov 10–12, 2025 The room was stylish and more spacious than usual in Hong Kong. Clean and comfortable overall, but several details were disappointing. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted by temperature, only fan speed, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. The shower head holder was loose and kept sliding down, so I had to adjust it constantly. Furniture looked a bit worn, and bottled water wasn’t complimentary. The location is great and very convenient, though traffic noise is noticeable. Overall, it felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one — good location and cleanliness, but poor facilities and comfort.

I was very surprised by this hotel, it is the best hotel among its neighbors across the street. The condition of the room was good. The work of the staff is at its best! In the future, I plan to visit this hotel again.

I like this hotel. The check in was smooth. The staff at the reception was helpful. He helped me carry my luggage since there were stairs going to the elevator. The room was big. Wasn’t expecting it to be this big. The location is very convenient. Close to MTR, convenience stores, etc.

The hotel is located near MTR station which is about 5 mins walk.

Very helpful staff, amenities, bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas (!), great bathrooms. I took 2 rooms, its was spacious and clean. Everyday cleaning, room service.  Felt here comfortable and as welcome guest.

The hotel staff are helpful. Room is decent. Location is alright with a nearby stadium for morning exercise and local shops such as Happy Bakery.

Found this place very convenient for a short stay. Spacious room, good air-conditioning. Basic amenities, but acceptable. Froendly and efficient check-in. Location is very good. Close to food and fun. Easy access from airport bus A11. Close to MTR and tram service. Buses to everywhere right outside.

Kew Green Hotel is one of the best in Hong Kong. We have stayed at a few hotels during our multiple visits to Hong Kong. Kew Green is by far the best. The rooms are spacious clean and beautiful. From all the amenities to the services it's a 10 out of 10.

Very convenient mainly touristy hotel. Some riff raff drunken tourists coming in late but acceptable for the price. Very good service and helpful staff. Floor was a bit dirty with an shriveled contact lens but no issues.

The hotel is at walking distance of WanChai's MTR station as well as it's shopping and dining district. The room has no amenities. Taking the room rate in consideration, simple items like toothpaste and toothbrush should have been available in the room. I had to get these in the convient store across the street. The room didn't include free bottled water. A first for me in Asia. I was however lucky, and the front desk employee didn't charge the bottle I used, even after me insisting to pay.

Basic accom in a central location. Bed was a bit firm but fine, shower over a bath (not an issue for us but might be for some). Booked including breakfast but that didn't come through on their side, so a complication and needed them to follow up. Staff eventually sorted everything. Held our bags and ordered taxi for us. Would return.
