Owner is well response using wechat. Premise is well clean and with good mattress. High Floor on the 26th for family of 3 bedroom 2 toilets Below is small shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. Only small issue on the boiling kettle is that its not boiling although the light is on

Not clean enough. Room is not that new. I think amenities were not good. Hanoi city centre was annoying and loud but that suite location is quiet. We stayed in 39th floor. It was so nice.

This place is like an Airbnb, an apartment that is made into a stay. The showers leak into the rest of the bathroom floor, the decor is random and uncoordinated, and the shelves are filled with spare sheets and towels which reduces the usable space.

I feel very satisfied with the trip. The room is spacious and the host is very kind and helpful. If you plan to have a vacation and travel, book a room here.

I had a wonderful trip. I recommend booking a room here. I had some problems at night. The host helped me very quickly. You just need to inform the landlord and he will help you. Will come back next time.

Bed sheet was dirty. I think they didnt clean before check in. Room condition is not that great.

Convenient & well equipped

We stayed here for a few days, but unfortunately we were disappointed. The overall impression is rather negative. The apartments are very worn out: the furniture is shabby, everything is dirty, it does not match the photos on the website at all. It feels like the cleaning is done formally, and no one thinks about the comfort of the guests. We booked a 180 cm + king size bed, since there are three of us (me, my wife and my child), but in fact we got a 160 cm bed - it was very uncomfortable to sleep three people. The advantages are a good location, easy access to different parts of the city. But, alas, this is the only positive point. I do not recommend it, especially for families with children.
