We attach great importance to every real experience evaluation of the guests, and continue to improve and optimize some of the issues that the guests have concentrated on. First of all, under the premise that the decoration products are already a fait accompli, we regard the guests' accommodation safety, room cleanliness, and service satisfaction as the three most important operating points of the hotel. Among them, the room cleanliness is required to reach the top 10% of the same grade of hotels. The service attitude basically requires professional enthusiasm, active response and try to meet all reasonable requirements of the guests; Secondly, the hotel will be completed in the first quarter of 2024. So far, the new store has been in operation for exactly one year.
