Great place to stay near the airport. Gym has plenty of machines and the staff is kind. The price of breakfast left me baffled though: 27+$

Hotel shows it’s age. Understaffed to handle a large conference that impacted operations for the property. If laying over or in for business, look elsewhere. More peace, quiet, service and cleanliness to be found at a better value.

A very good hotel for a short layover at the airport. Excellent value for money, with a free airport shuttle. The service beats 99% of similarly priced hotels in the US. The renovated rooms are very nice. The unrenovated rooms have balconies with views of downtown Chicago. The cleanliness is also very good in the US. A very pleasant experience.

Because I came to the United States to attend an exhibition, the exhibition was arranged in this hotel. The location is not in the city center, but the environment and facilities are well maintained. The Starbucks downstairs can be open until very late.
