We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was fab and the room was spacious enough with a comfy bed and a balcony. The hotel itself has a lovely garden and a really cool aesthetic. The service was excellent. The receptionist contacted each day to ask if we wanted our rooms cleaned, to book transport to and from Disney and even to give clear instructions on how to work the air-con (which was very helpful to westerners who don't speak Mandarin!) We will definitely come back to stay again.

It was very good hotel. My room was very clean, comfortable and also quiet. For visiting Disneyland they had shuttle bus. I think it is worthy to book this hotel.

This is homestay but all the service and stuffs same as hotel, people in homestay very nice and helpful This homestay suitable for who want to go Disneyland only because it is very far from the center.

A great service in general wish you could stay more and they have a free shuttle Bus service from Disneyland to Disneyland, clean place and staff,  I would definitely recommend to stay

We checked in very late in the evening/early morning and the hotel made all arrangements for self check, including transfer to Disney the following day. Service was personal and professional. Our room was improved to suit our unique needs before we arrived and all remains a positive experience. Wonderful service, comfortable rooms.

Quite dirty, hair strands on the bed. Spots everywhere around the bed. I was looking forward to the bath tub but couldnt use it as it was too dirty.

The hotel met the basic needs of a busy day trip to Disneyland. On arrival, we were surprised at how small the room was compared to photos and description shown on Trip.com. We were offered a bigger room after mentioning this, however we decided to stay in original room because we had already unpacked. Location was further away from Disneyland than we hoped, but the shuttle service was reliable and once again served its purpose. Breakfast was basic. The swimming pool was empty at the time of our stay.

Environment: The environment of the homestay is quite good and the design is beautiful Hygiene: The room is clean and has basic items such as towels, bath towels, slippers, etc. The children especially like the slide in the parent-child room

The soundproofing is very poor. The child was about to fall asleep but was woken up several times. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, but the driver had a very bad attitude. He put his feet in the position shown in the picture, and his shoes rubbed against the car, making noises. He also looked back at me. I ignored him because I was holding the child at the time, but the more I thought about it, the angrier I got. It was a very bad experience.

The rooms are very beautiful. There is a slide in the room, and the children like it very much. When you open the door, there is a swimming pool. The overall atmosphere is very good! The overall hygiene is also relatively clean and tidy. The homestay is very close to Disneyland, and there is also a free pick-up service. If I visit Disneyland again, I will go there again!

The room is very clean and comfortable. The overall appearance is super beautiful. The lighting downstairs at night is very good. The Disney shuttle service is very good and on time. The front desk lady is very responsive and answers all questions. Very nice! Recommended~

We booked the hotel because of the location - close enough to Disneyland, we chose from five options, settled on this one: hotel expectation/reality. The pictures are beautiful, but in life everything is somehow sad. The room was somehow uncomfortable, the sink was in some stains, someone else's hair was on the chair (the walls need updating, everything is in some stains and streaks. Among the pros, a comfortable bed, but if you book a room with a slide, get up from it more carefully, you can hit your head 🙈 And also + responsive guys at the reception desk)
