Well, the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels i stayed in china especially in shanghai, unfortunately the location was not as intended for me as it was a little bit far from metro stations , and even from the main road, i planned to stay for 7 nights but i only spent one and asked a refund which was immediately accepted by the hotel front desk after cooperating with trip.com, the guy named 张志哲 was super helpful and polite with me. The room has a wonderful smell, great cleanliness and perfect comfort .
