Family travel, convenient location, very close to the subway entrance. The room is clean and tidy. Although it is next to the inner ring elevated road, it is not as noisy as imagined. It is cost-effective and next to a large shopping mall, which is very convenient. I will consider staying next time.

A walking distance of 10mins from People’s Square metro. A lot of food selections along the road to the hotel. Convenient shop is just opposite the hotel. Price wise is considered decent as it is near to People’s Square metro. Hotel is clean and nice, importantly without smoking smell. Receptionist is very helpful when I am facing some difficulties in ordering food delivery. A very good hotel in term of price, location and cleanliness. Recommended

Very small, cramped and low room. I didn't expect Hanting to have such room type. Very disappointed. The restaurant is also very small and there is nothing to eat. There is also booger on the wall at the head of the bed. Hahaha. The front desk service is good. They will take the initiative to throw the washed clothes into the dryer, but the dryer is really slow. It took two hours to dry four very thin autumn clothes and autumn pants.

The room of this Hanting Hotel is large, the toilet in the bathroom is electric, the shower head has a strong flow, the temperature is moderate, and the basic daily toiletries are also complete. The service staff in the restaurant are not only polite but also attentive. The food includes fried dough sticks, tofu pudding, soy milk, noodles, millet porridge, bread slices, various pickles and fresh fruits. The combination of Chinese and Western food basically meets all needs. The restaurant has an elegant environment and is comfortable for breakfast. I am traveling with my parents. When I first arrived at the hotel, several beautiful girls greeted me warmly and helped me book a room. The beautiful girls at the front desk were very friendly and responsive. For example, I washed my clothes twice. A beautiful girl named Gu was very friendly and took the initiative to send them to the laundry room for me. After washing, she asked the robot to send them to the room. My room type provided two free breakfasts, and she helped me upgrade one more breakfast. There was also a waiter who was from the Northeast. Seeing that I was taking my parents out for a trip, he took the initiative to provide us with wet wipes, tissues, drinks and fruits. He was so thoughtful. My parents and I felt caring and comfortable. My parents also asked me to give a good review of this Hanting and the service staff of our hotel. That’s all I have to say. The room is clean, hygienic and tidy. Hanting Hotel is as always, especially the service of the lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, very good. I forgot to take pictures because I checked in at night.

Yes, a beautiful lady at the front desk gave me an energy pack that day. On the first day of my stay, the room next door was very noisy. The front desk arranged for people to contact those hotels but they didn't work. Some people's quality was really poor. I couldn't sleep until after 1 a.m. that day. A beautiful lady at the front desk should be the person in charge. She booked another room for me that day and changed the room the next day. The room had a window and a refrigerator. Thumbs up to this beautiful lady, but the little boy at the front desk was a bit incompetent. He measured the height of the child and said there was no room for change. It was only thanks to the beautiful lady next to us that we were able to change the room.

The room is great for this price range in SH though not a lot of hanging space in the bathroom. Great location and neighbourhood if you like cosy vibe and cafes. Staff is very helpful. Wow! High tech hotel. Delicious breakfast. Lots of local eateries and convenient stores. Walkable to several interesting places eg 1192 food street and lujiajiu times square. Near metro and bus stop. Free use of washing machine which the staff went the extra mile to load them into the dryer and then packed the clothes in bags! Place is clean and pleasant, from room to corridor to lobby....in summary everywhere. We enjoyed our stay.

The room booked for the exam cost nearly 400 per night, but the exam room was right downstairs, so it was acceptable. The attitude at the front desk is very good, the hygiene is very good, the room is very clean, and there is a smart toilet. but! 1. The sound insulation is so bad, you can clearly hear the conversation in the next room/turning on the faucet. 2. I was woken up at around five o'clock in the morning and found that there was a bus stop or something downstairs. Buses were leaving all the time. It was super noisy. From the time I opened my eyes at five o'clock until I went to the examination room at eight o'clock, I was awakened.

Metro line 1 exit 3, walk about 3mins. Staffs are very friendly. Self laundry is available. Room cleaning is done everyday. 4 bottles of water are given in the room. Sound insulation at the corridors is not so good, but acceptable. Water pressure is ok. water heating is not so stable but acceptable. Overall very happy
