Fantastic Stay Experience! I had a truly satisfying experience staying in the comfortable twin room at GreenTree Inn (Shanghai Hongqiao Hub Huaxiang Road Store). The hotel boasts a very accessible location with excellent transportation links, making it an ideal choice for travelers needing to catch high-speed trains or flights. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Check-in was swift and efficient, making me feel welcome and at home from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and tidy, featuring soft and comfortable bedding. The twin beds were very spacious, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The facilities were comprehensive: the air conditioning worked perfectly, there was plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable – perfectly meeting all my business and leisure needs. The hotel environment was quiet, with good soundproofing, which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep. Dining and shopping options nearby were also very convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai and will highly recommend it to friends. It offers truly excellent value for money!

I think i was the first international traveler staying at this hotel, my pinyin is very basic, but with translation apps we could figure each other out. Just make sure with checkout you do not pay extra, because i already paid for everything including 12 nights , extra breakfast for 12 nights at arrival, the taxes and fee by check in with cash. Ask for a receipt note if possible. In China there is always everyday someone else at the receptionist. So there can be confusion. Toilet after 5 sheets, you must flush otherwise it will get clogged. noisy thin walls, but what hotels don't have thin walls, i could sleep well enough. I would skip the breakfast, it was more basic chinese food and almost everyday the same. I would suggest to give the chef more budget to buy some fruit, because i have only seen 1 time fruit. As a international traveler and for the local travelers including childeren we all like to have a fresh healthy breakfast, we all are willing to pay more for breakfast if the chef can have more passion instead of riceporridge, egg, dry bread, steamed bun, dumpling, vegetable bun, stirfry vegetable etc. I know for 15 yuan breakfast you cannot exept too much, shanghai is expensive. I am pretty sure that almost everyone is willing to pay 5 yuan more so that even for once we can see some fresh baked potato's or some stir fried rice. Everyone is friendly, but you need to know basic pinyin. I got a nice big hard bed that is good for your back with small window and big led tv including own bathroom. Its very clean. The hotels bed sheets replace once 2 to 3 days, this a good thing, because its better for the nature and saves water usage, energy and detergent. This hotel is better than a hostel, its somewhere between a high star hotel and a normal hotel. For solo travelers with basic pinyin i would recommend this hotel, but make sure you make picture of the cash payment and ask for a receipt note etc.

A great hotel for someone like me who likes a very reasonably priced hotel room in Shanghai when visiting this amazing city or en route to another city within China or outside of her borders. The facilities are standard, and the customer service is helpful. For example, I had to sew my torn backpack with a needle and thread, which I got from Family Mart, but I didn't have a pair of scissors. So, the receptionist helped me out by lending one to me for about an hour. That was a very nice touch!

The service attitude was perfect! The guest room surprised me even more. The room is spacious and bright, and the layout is very warm. Every detail shows the quality. The bedding is soft and comfortable. Lying on it seems to be in the clouds, which makes the fatigue of a day's running around disappear. The facilities in the room are all available, the smart devices are easy to use, the hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is spotless. What touched me most was the service of the hotel staff. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems. The staff responded immediately and actively helped to solve them. The stay experience was very good! This place is newly renovated, everything is new, and the overall is very clean. The room is big enough and very comfortable to live in! There is plenty of hot water for bathing, and the shower head is also very useful! In short, I give a good review~

Good location near metro line 7 it is about 450m. Very clean and calm feeling.. Very nice staff even though we cannot communicate in English but we manage to use translation apps in communication. If we come to Shanghai we will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you so much for all the staff.

Pufa Bank booked a night to watch Xiao Qi's concert, went by bicycle in the afternoon, walked back at night, not far away. Smart air conditioning and toilet, facilities are ok. Twin bed, the room is not very big, but there are some. The next day, I gave a free late check-out, took the initiative to send water, and the attitude was very good. I forgot to take a photo of the room.

The hotel is very close to Hongqiao Airport Terminal 2, Minhang Road 18 directly, there are buses before 10 pm! The hotel has been a long time, relatively old, but clean, the waiter service is warm, home away from home, very satisfied! If it is Hongqiao to catch an early flight, it is very suitable, there is a bus at five o'clock!

Newly renovated hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was very good and patient. The sanitation was very clean. Especially in the surrounding area, the price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose it next time
