As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by its exquisite decoration. The overall style is simple yet elegant, and the quality is reflected in the details. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep is not a problem at all😴. The service attitude of Yangyang at the front desk is super good! The room I chose has excellent lighting. When I opened the curtains, the sunlight filled the whole room, and my mood became brighter. Moreover, the layout of the room is very reasonable, the space is used just right, and there is enough space for luggage.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful experience staying at Metropolo Jinjiang Hotel Classics (Shanghai Nanjing East Road)! The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Complimentary limitless bottled water and coffee were provided. The hotel located at strategic and great location – just a short walk from major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. Great value for the price and it comes with excellent service.

The hotel upgraded the room for free, great hotel! The room is large, with rich facilities, and a smart toilet 👏! Very close to the subway entrance, parking is also very convenient! It was quiet at night and slept soundly! I lived with my children, and my children liked it very much. It was the best place to live here along the way!

Hotel location and service is excellent. We left our luggage at the hotel and return for a night stay after going to nearby city. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned. Some parts of the bathroom window shows some rust stains and the sliding door was a bit squeaky.

When we checked in we were told by the one processing our check in, a middle aged man, that the room we booked was only 15m2 and it is near the lift which is noisy. So we asked to change room but he said that we have to pay about rmb70 extra. We argued with him and he agreed to change to a bigger room without extra charge. When reached the room we realised that the room is facing another building which is about 15m away and hence no view. When i checked my booking i realised i reserved a 21m2 room with city view. We felt deceived by the male receptionist but we decided not to pursue the matter since we are in holiday. That definitely left a bad taste in the mouth.

This is a very good hotel. Except for the lobby which looks a bit messy, everything else is good. The hotel room is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing is that the hotel is centrally air-conditioned. The heater is on in winter, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Fortunately, the windows in the hotel room can be opened to let the cold wind blow in from the window. Other than that, everything is good. The hotel is close to the Bund and can walk to Nanjing Road and the Bund attractions. It is a quiet place in a busy area, very suitable for living. 这是一家很不错的酒店，除了大堂看下去有点杂乱，其他的一切都好。酒店房间住着舒服，工作人员也很亲切，唯一不好的是酒店是中央空调，冬天里都开着暖气，实在让我觉得难受，幸好酒店房间里窗户可以打开，让冷风从窗外吹入，除此以外一切都好. 酒店靠近外滩，步行就可到南京路，外滩景点，这里旺中带静，很适合居住.

I recommend staying here if you have an event at Shanghai stadium, very close and also near a few malls. Thank you for making my first visit to Shanghai easy. The booking process was easy, I could tell the hotel of my late arrival and the check in process went smoothly as well with an English speaking staff. The breakfast was nice,lots of hot food selection and they changed the dim sum daily for variation.I wish there are more fresh fruit options for the future. Otherwise, a splendid stay. The room that I stayed in is spacious and clean. Great view of the city too. Please give my special thanks to the ayi who cleaned my room (1212) and was super friendly too.
