The service is good, and the reception staff is polite and friendly. The security and bag storage personnel are also very courteous. The hotel has 45 stories, and my room is on the 27th floor. When we checked in, the passenger lift was out of service, so we had to use the service lift, which was dirty and smelly. Fortunately, the passenger lift was restored in less than two hoursIn the room, the sliding door to the bathroom is off its track and cannot close fully. The pool is nice and temperature-controlled. The lifeguard at the pool is doing a great job and is very strict about hygiene, which is appreciated.However, the air conditioning in the room is inadequate; I had to request a manual standing fan in the middle of the night. The breakfast provided is average.

It was a great choice to live while visiting exhibition at SNIEC. The hospitaliry of managers are impressing. We were presented a welcome presents and have some rooms with upgraded categories for free. The rooms are clean and the cleaning personnel is doing job excellent! Highly recommend for stay. It deserves 5 stars.
