"The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful."

Приветливый мужчина на ресепшен, как я поняла он же хозяин, все показала рассказал, можно пользоваться кухней, чай, кофе машина, вода - все это есть) красивая ухоженная территория со столиками, креслами-гамаками."

"Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️"

"We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall. There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer. The service staff is good, everyone is kind and helpful."

Superb selection of food and drinks. Great pool area and beach right outside hotel. Absolutely terrific experience and I would highly recommend."

"The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean."
