We found a phone and was able to get in touch with someone (there was a snow storm going on at the same time too so it was not ideal to go around the whole property looking for the check-in counter). They gave us a key and no other information so we relied on trip.com for check-out time The hotel is a love hotel clear as day. The amenities provided in the room were plentiful and the heating in the room was nice on such a cold day. There was a fridge and tv and slippers. The bathroom was quite cold so it ****** to take a shower but the water was hot "

"Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel ."

"We were just looking for a place to stay after going to the outlet. Came across the super hotel with hot spring. It is nice enough! The front desk staff is very helpful, although we were late to check in, where the few car park spaces were already taken. So if you drive expect the free parking spot to be gone( There is only a few), BUT there are a lot of car park right around the hotel, so we had no issue parking. And the cost of those car park are very reasonable (from 350 to 900 yen a day) The hot spring is very small, but clean and nice enough. The breakfast is also good. Enjoyed our stay esp with the friendly staff."
