Good place for short stays

i had problem during my check in process where they can't find my booking and the room was occupied by other visitors. i booked 4 months in advance but still they missed my book. and at first they cant help me out, and ask me to make a phone call to that trip.com. i was so disappointed at that time because is late at night, and i already paid for it in advance. But luckily one of the staff offered me to stay in another kind of room without any extra charges.

You can book with confidence. It is a youth hostel, but very clean. It is the dive shop's own homestay, and the safety is good. The staff are also very good, relatively restrained and will not disturb you too much. I like it

You can't wear shoes when you enter the house. Everyone must go barefoot into the room, hall, corridor, bathroom and kitchen... The faucets of 2 wash basins in the 3 public bathrooms are broken. I saw huge cockroaches on the first night. Every day, I have to endure the disgusting barefoot stepping into the bathroom. The bath water and butt washing water and even urine of others are really disgusting... It leaves a memory that will be unforgettable for a lifetime.

I reacted to the innkeeper in a very calm mood and found out that the money in my wallet was less for the second time (the second time was after I checked it specifically). Really, victim culpability theory? The first 9 photos are all chat records with this special boss. Everyone judges by themselves. A total of 60 MYR is missing. Maybe the 60 MYR I lost was not much, but it was really provocative. I told the front desk that I was very uncomfortable, and the other party at least said sorry to me. The last picture is a discussion with roommates in the same room (the avatar has been cut off). There is a key to the room but it is useless. The door cannot be locked at all🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 Note the notions: 1. Monitoring in this place is useless, it means there is no monitoring. 2. I haven’t cleaned it on my own initiative since I checked in. The room smelled terrible on the day of check-in. My roommate said that she hadn’t thrown away the garbage for 3 days since I checked in. So I asked the front desk to clean it. A boy, although It was a bit embarrassing but I handled it. 3. I also stayed for 3 days. We used supermarket bags as garbage bags in the same room. The garbage in the room was still uncollected and piled up into a hill. When we left, the garbage can was full, and there were 3 garbage bags for snacks, which were still unthrown and dry. It has no taste but looks so bad that I just want to run away🙏🏻

It was much lower than before the epidemic, the management was in chaos, and my order was lost, causing me to have to change hotels in the next five days. Just 2 days after I reported the problem and made another reservation, Ctrip confirmed again and again that there was no problem, but it was also wrong! I only stayed for two days and changed rooms once, from a double room to a shared triple room! I don’t have anything I want, it’s dirty and messy! Rubbish!
