Very close from airport. Room was clean and very comfortable for our family. Staff was very friendly, but can not spoke English😊

Stayed here for 2 nights. Location is near the Wanda mall. It’s also 10mins short drive to 网红墙. It’s a “smart” hotel with robots delivering your ordered food from Mei Tuan. Room is also controlled by AI assistant “Xiao Du”. Hotel manager very helpful. He provides local information as well as facilitates guests queries effectively. Hotel provides free self service laundry on the 11th floor. You do need to understand Chinese to use it. We were there in December and room central heating is too warm to our liking and cannot be controlled effectively within the room even with “Xiao Du”help. Housekeeping between the 2 days can be improve as well. However I will still recommend this hotel if you are in YanJi.

The hotel is poorly managed and does not meet the management standards of a luxury hotel. The decoration is rough and not sophisticated enough. The sanitary conditions give people a feeling of insecurity and the design of the hotel bathroom is unreasonable.

This is my second time in Yanji. I still chose to stay at Hongju. It's easy to park at the door. Service manager No. 2 also gave me breakfast and one for my child. I'm very grateful. He also sent me a lot of recommended delicious food. The service is super good. I will choose to stay here next time.

The service was very attentive. The manager who contacted us was Manager No. 3. He called us in advance to confirm the room. Because we booked a special tatami room in advance, he was afraid that we southerners would not be used to it, so he upgraded our room type. When we arrived at the hotel, he patiently took us to see two types of rooms. The breakfast was very rich, and the facilities in all aspects were also very smart. The children especially liked the tatami, but the water temperature for taking a shower was a little low, and the drain was a little slow. Everything else was great. I forgot to take a picture of the room as a whole, so I'll post a picture of the Burhatong River in front of the hotel. 😄 By the way, Wanda is not far from the hotel, and it is very close to Chaoyangchuan Airport and West Station, very convenient!

This is definitely a hotel that exceeds expectations. The room facilities are very new and clean, the supplies are very good, and the details are very well done. The suite on the 11th floor is very large and comfortable for families. The Burhatong River is outside the window, and the fireworks view outside the window on New Year's Eve is great. We had a New Year's Eve dinner in the hotel, and the dishes were good. The child left his watch in the private room, so he kept it for us. There are many varieties of breakfast, and I like mixed noodles. The service manager is thoughtful and communicates with us about our needs every day. I am very satisfied.

I went to several of them and they were really delicious. On the last day, I came back late because I went to take photos in the morning, and the manager also helped to arrange a late check-out in time. A very satisfying experience!

Unlike traditional hotels, Hongju's rooms are more intelligent, with newer hardware, and are very close to the high-speed rail station. It was a very satisfying stay. Although there were many episodes during the process, the service of Manager Zihao was really considerate. In the second half of the night, we asked him to deal with the problem with a try-and-see attitude. As a result, he responded in time and the handling result made us very satisfied. If we have the opportunity to come to Yanji again, we would like to stay here again.
