"Great location - good reception - very good beds - clean - good breakfast - a little bright - we had two Spanish men in the neighborhood room - which appear to be lost each other night - I went over and knocked at the door - there One of the men could escape from the room - I called at the reception and told - what they did I don't know - then was quiet - the hotel can yes no - for us, but unpleasant - before you go to the hotel is a Great free parking - surrounded by a wall - the friendly lady at the reception has pointed to us and also given us the name for the Navi."

"We enjoyed our stay and found a first class hotel. It is located out of the historic area but we found it easy to follow the Roman aqueduct right into the historic town. We found affordable local restaurants, bars and a grocery store a short walk from the hotel."

GGuest UserThis hotel was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bath, the staff (especially Sergio) were lovely and accommodating. When we arrived we had two single beds instead of a double, but they kindly remade it into a double for us immediately. The view out the window was also beautiful and the location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. Will be recommending to friends.
The only negative was the breakfast, quite expensive for what you get. For ordering you can basically only get eggs. Great if you love eggs but not so much if you don’t 😂 but still lovely.

22058****Check-in must be after 3 o'clock. The room is very spacious, more than 35m2, and has good facilities. The location is very good, just 100 meters next to the main church of Segovia, and only a few hundred meters away from the large water tank and the castle. There is a square right outside the hotel with open-air restaurants, which is very lively. The service is very friendly and the breakfast quality is very good. The only two points to note are: The shower in the bathroom has a massage function. When used, a lot of water will splash onto the bathroom floor, so be careful not to slip. The windows are old-fashioned European wooden windows. How to close them tightly is a technical task, otherwise the sound insulation and light shading will not be good, which will affect your sleep. There are a lot of people walking around outside at night, drunk and noisy, which disturbs your sleep. However, the surrounding hotels probably have similar problems. This kind of room costs less than 900 a night, very good👍

GGuest UserBecause I especially like Segovia, I specially found a hotel with parking spaces. Many room types in this hotel cannot be unsubscribed.
Driving from Toledo to Segovia for an hour and a half, I parked the car in the white line at the entrance of the hotel. At the time of check-in, a yellow-haired fat front desk told the car that it must be parked in the charging place, and there was no free parking space seen when booking. The white line parking space can be parked for five minutes, and the timeout will call the trailer to tow me away. Helpless, I can stop in the blue line behind, because I can't operate, the front desk helped me enter the license plate number in the case of extreme impatience, I repeatedly confirmed whether it was correct and parked the car to pay. But I received an 80 euro ticket that night, but the front desk meant that I was not lucky, and she couldn’t help it. Later, thanks to a staff member telling me to cancel the ticket, I learned that the method of entering the license plate number at the front desk was wrong. Go to the front desk theory. The meaning of the front desk is very arrogant, that is, we are the front desk, we don't know how to enter the license plate number, this has nothing to do with us, I am very angry, quarreled, and I am not happy. Isn't this discrimination? The next day I checked out and went to the theory before going back. In short, this hotel was very uncomfortable.

TTianjinyudayeVery old hotel, air conditioning has a history of more than 30 years ～ gave me the top floor ～ very hot 🔥! Air conditioning doesn't work at all ～ lying on the bed at night ～ just like lying in a pot! There is still a smell of urine in the room!
