"The room is spacious and comfortable. The TV only has 2 channels, TV1 and TV Okey. There is only bath soap, others please bring your own, for example toothbrush, toothpaste and hair shampoo. The air conditioner takes a while to cool. Opening the entrance door is a bit tricky. Behind the hotel there is Segamat Sentral Mall, bus station and train station."

"It is a budget hotel in the old building. It smells dusty and urgently need to be renovated. Bring your own toiletries. No kettle, coffee, tea provided but there's water dispenser in every floor. The standard king room is quite dangerous with the steps when coming out from shower and the room has limited space. Mattress is on the floor and sinking. Pillow is too low. Comparing the price and the amenities, I feel it is a bit pricey. The receptionist mistakenly give us standard room instead of deluxe room we booked online."

"After we checked into the hotel, we found that the towels of the previous guests were hanging on the door and had not been cleaned up.
At night, it's hard to fall asleep all night, because the air conditioner doesn't feel cold, it's very hot.
This makes me feel that the money I paid is not worth it."

GGuest UserCame across this place when I was surfing the internet for places to go on the long National Day weekend in Malaysia. Our group of 6 adults & 2 children stayed for a night and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Their package is all inclusive which includes afternoon tea, dinner, supper, breakfast, fruit orchard tour, fruit platter & rubber tapping experience. It was our first experience tapping rubber and all were excited. They also have outdoor karaoke, board games, pool table, sky lantern at night. The residential building is located on a small hill which offered great views of the oil palm plantation with splendid views of the sunrise and sunset.

CCHEONG S2nd time I stayed at H hotel at bandar IOI, there are 7-11, 99 speed mart, 2co in walking distance. The pretty staff is very friendly.
The only bad thing is many birds in that area however there is water pipes provided by hotel to clean the car

JJade JadeSpacious room and a 24hr convenience store nearby but sound proof was bad. Able to hear the vehicles passing by loud and clear the whole night .
