The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham

The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham

📍 2106 5th Ave, Downtown, Seattle
★★ 8.5 (44 reviews)

"Although the hotel isn't too far from the Amazon Spheres, I'd say its overall location is just average. There are a few bus stops nearby, so public transportation is fairly convenient. The hotel has a typical American motel layout, generally C-shaped, with car access and parking in the middle. Guest rooms are on the ground floor and the second floor, with doors opening directly onto outdoor public walkways. I stayed in a ground-floor room, so the sense of privacy was quite low. The curtains also didn't fully cover the entire window, leaving small gaps, which made me feel a bit uneasy. This definitely needs improvement. The staff were polite and helpful, and tried their best to assist when I had issues. Overall, transportation is reasonably convenient, but if privacy is a major concern, it's important to pay close attention to the room's location and the curtain situation before booking."

DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport ★★★★
"The facilities were old and the service was poor. It was a long walk from Datang Hall to the room, and surprisingly, no one offered to help. I had to drag two large suitcases for a long time, and there were even stairs to navigate – it was ridiculous."

Green Tortoise Hostel Seattle ★★
"This couple's restaurant has a very American vibe, and the price-performance ratio is very high for downtown Seattle. There are quite a few homeless people near the entrance, so don't wander around at night. As for facilities, it has everything you need, but don't expect too much; it's suitable for people who are a bit rough around the edges."

The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham ★★
"The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD area and within walking distance of many sightseeing spots. The rooms were clean, which was a plus. However, the open motel-style layout made it quite noisy at night, and I could hear other guests clearly, including some disturbances. The air conditioner was also very loud, and the curtains did not fully block the window. Overall, the stay did not feel very comfortable or secure."

Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel ★★★
"The room size was decent, and the location is quite close to the airport, making it a good choice for a layover or to adjust to the time difference. The breakfast offered a good variety. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan was quite noisy. On the bright side, the morning glow outside the hotel entrance was beautiful."
