Amazing
GGuest UserThe bed was too soft and saggy. Req for a foam pillow was forgotten. Bedroom slippers and kettle were not provided unless asked. 1 lift was down during our stay, housekeeping staff were using the only available guest lift. Stench from housing keeping trash filled the lift.
Modern room, good location, poor water pressure. Toilet amenities were very medicore for the price. Hotel was willing to store my parcel prior to arrival. Airport transfer booked was prompt. Car valet was slow and very expensive.

Great
GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
GGuest UserCentrally located with great transport links. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway, and the Space Needle and Pike Place Market are also nearby. The breakfast is excellent, offering both buffet and à la carte options.

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
GGuest UserHad a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking.
The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar.
Highly recommended!

GGuest UserVery convenient location, takes 10 minutes walk to most of the attentions like Pike Place Market. Took 5 mins to the metro station then take the metro to Space Needle. Has plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee shops around the area. All the staff are very friendly too. There two things that I wasn’t quite satisfied: parking charges $60/night even though for hotel guest; hair dryer wasn’t that clean.
AAnonymous UserIt took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided.
The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided.
On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay.

GGuest UserNot thrilled with the every other day room cleaning. We were told by an extremely rude evening front desk clerk, that we were told about this upon arrival, which we were not. He also said it was written up in the hotel's description online. Who really reads all the small print? He argued about it with my sister, while waving his hand in her face. He also said he was out of shower caps, which should be provided in the rooms anyway, especially with the overhead rain shower feature. He also screamed at us to move, for smoking in the chairs outside, where there are no posted signs. We didn't feel safe in that neighborhood to smoke on the dark street, as we had a few run ins with the ******** *** homeless.
LLunbeikesimaguangThe service here lives up to the standards of Lavande Hotels. However, it's right next to a highway, and the noise at night was unbearable. I didn't get any sleep the first night, so I immediately requested a room facing away from the highway. The service was quick, and they helped me switch rooms right away. But even with the window closed, the rooms on the back side couldn't block out the traffic noise from the highway at night. If you're sensitive to noise at night, I'd advise against staying here.
