I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!
The hotel on the sea is just outside the sea. The scenery is very good at night. There are luxury cruise ships leaning at 30 meters away from you. The service is also very good. Meals are not used. Parking valet park 58. One night trip is convenient for the airport. It was half an hour old hotel but it was renovated inside. Next to it is the first Starbucks in Pike Place.
Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!
They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.
It's located halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place, and you can walk to both, so it's very convenient.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities.
The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and couldn't be opened), and it was noisy as the room next door was rattling around trying to open it.
Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, just refrigerated burgers, bread, yogurt, Boiled* and fruit from Costco.
There are cafes in the area that are open from morning, so we recommend eating breakfast somewhere other than the hotel.
The hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.
I really liked the room layout; the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all looked very clean. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but the American-style options were quite tasty. The neighborhood where the hotel is located felt very safe, and it wasn't far to walk to the light rail and supermarket. The only downsides were the noise: one was from cars speeding outside, and the other was a strange sound from the indoor air conditioning. Overall, it's still a very good hotel!
Great location, within walking distance to Amazon. It's very convenient to get to various attractions downtown, and it's only an 8-minute walk to the Amazon Spheres. In the following days, I walked to the Spheres, but unfortunately, the Mexican restaurant downstairs was closed. Many areas inside Amazon are for offices, so it's very quiet. Parking is available; we parked at Amazon on the weekend for only 11 CAD.
The location is fantastic! It's a ten-minute walk to Pike Place Market, ten minutes to the subway station, and five minutes to the waterfront. It's quite clean. I stayed in a four-person dorm, which was a bit small, but perfect for a solo traveler. There's a small bar downstairs, and a kitchen with a fridge available. Showers are shared. The value for money is unbeatable, but be warned: there are many homeless people outside, and it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to a bar. So, there are pros and cons. Overall, if you're looking to save money, it's a solid choice.
Down the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.

Amazing
TThunpisGreat location and really friendly staff. The room is quite big and very nice decoration. It is located in a good area with a bunch of restaurant around a hotel. Many options for self parking through a third-party app.
CCHONGThe Ace hotel has never been disappointing. I have lived in NYC before and now come to Seattle to decide whether to choose this one. Breakfast is not bad, homemade waffles are very interesting. 10 minutes walk from Pike Market.
匿匿名顧客I should have discovered this gem earlier. I visited Seattle for 5D4N but discovered this place incidentally and only stayed 2 nights. Fabulous! Very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and nice. The room is functional with everything I needed (except I was provided with a kettle only upon request). Price very good. Location also good, between the Space Needle and Pike Market. There're quite some homeless people and druggies around the bus stop nearly in front of the hotel but I was not that afraid as they were not offensive to passers by.
AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because of the good reviews. The building is old, but it's a charming hotel with many thoughtful touches. I rented a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. There are also Lime electric bikes available in the city, making Seattle's hills and distances much less daunting. However, flushing the toilet produced a very loud noise and a blast of air. The in-room TV connection was poor, so it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and got the TV to turn on, but I couldn't change channels afterwards, possibly due to a faulty remote. It was frustrating, and I ended up not watching it at all. Perhaps because of this inconvenience, they didn't charge me the resort fee.
GGuest UserGood location & Cleanliness at standard level. It’s located in walking distance to many shops including 7-11. Breakfast is also nice, a lot of standard choices. Front desk can call taxi service for you.
GGuest UserWe chose this place for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. They surprised us for our anniversary.
Comfortable bed and very clean room.
CCharleneThe rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. It might be better if the rooms could be clean every 4 days. The gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and basketball court were wonderful. The kitchen set up was very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wholefood supermarket is just 5mins away. Will definitely stay there again.
