The Ace hotel has never been disappointing. I have lived in NYC before and now come to Seattle to decide whether to choose this one. Breakfast is not bad, homemade waffles are very interesting. 10 minutes walk from Pike Market.

Got a great last minute deal at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed sipping wine overlooking the water on a comfy couch by the lobby. Our room was small with a city view but clean and cozy. Only criticism is that we put out our order for breakfast the night before and it never came so we had to call room service twice and ended up giving them a phone order because no one ever came to the door to get the order slip. Overall wonderful place to stay and you can walk to everything.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹

It's located halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place, and you can walk to both, so it's very convenient.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities.
The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and couldn't be opened), and it was noisy as the room next door was rattling around trying to open it.
Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, just refrigerated burgers, bread, yogurt, Boiled* and fruit from Costco.
There are cafes in the area that are open from morning, so we recommend eating breakfast somewhere other than the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.
They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.

I booked this hotel bcos of location. The rooms are not sound proof, the guests who stayed next to our room were talking n laughing the whole night till the early hours of the morning . Only one elevator was working and the cleaners, hotel guests checking in and checking out with large luggages all have to take turns to use the elevator!!!

I was looking for a hotel close to my destination and found this one.
I arrived earlier than check-in time, but since my room had already been cleaned, they allowed me to check in early. It was great!
The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and even a bathtub.
There was a washer and dryer on the first floor. These could be operated with a card via the app, so even those without cash could use them.
They serve delicious water 24 hours a day next to the front desk. They also serve coffee at lunchtime.
It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Seattle's main tourist attractions. You can walk to chowder shops and the original Starbucks!
It was also about a 15-minute bus ride from Seattle Central Bus Station.
However, there are many homeless people living around the hotel. The homeless people don't seem to be bad, and I didn't have any particular problems, but I wouldn't call it a safe area.
I didn't have any particular issues (I didn't encounter any danger).
On the other hand, I felt like there were more people going to restaurants and walking around at night.
If I ever stay in Seattle, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
All the front desk staff were very nice.

The rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. It might be better if the rooms could be clean every 4 days. The gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and basketball court were wonderful. The kitchen set up was very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wholefood supermarket is just 5mins away. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing
NnialpGreat location, within walking distance to Amazon. It's very convenient to get to various attractions downtown, and it's only an 8-minute walk to the Amazon Spheres. In the following days, I walked to the Spheres, but unfortunately, the Mexican restaurant downstairs was closed. Many areas inside Amazon are for offices, so it's very quiet. Parking is available; we parked at Amazon on the weekend for only 11 CAD.

GGuest UserGreat location and nice service. It's close to belltown's nicest restaurants and good night vibes.
It has all the hostels need to have, and even a kitchen with all the utensils and fresh coffee in the morning.
Very recommended.

Great
AAnonymous UserI was on a business trip to the US, and the location was fantastic. It's about a 15-minute walk to Pike Place Market. The hotel's own parking lot was full, but there's a public parking garage right next door, which was convenient. The breakfast was much more substantial than what you usually find at American hotels – at least I left feeling full! The room wasn't huge, but it had a kitchen and a desk, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, a great choice.

PpoweromsThe location is really good and the service is good, but the room is smaller than I thought and feels old. It definitely doesn't feel like a vacation, it just feels like a small Japanese hotel room. Still, it's a hotel with a really good location and no problems sleeping.

TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.

DD14054****The room was great! Our family of three stayed there. The double bed was spacious enough for two people, and the third person slept on the sofa bed, which was the kind that pulls out from under the sofa—it was wide enough; the sofa itself was also wide enough to be used as a bed. Breakfast was a typical American breakfast, buffet style, and the coffee was very good.
The service at this hotel was also excellent. Because we were going on vacation, we checked out of our previous hotel before leaving and brought our luggage to this hotel intending to store it. The front desk heard about our luggage and said we could check in early for free, so we checked in around 10 am—superb!
There's a small gym with a few treadmills and dumbbells. There's no swimming pool.
We stayed at two hotels during this Seattle trip, and the only problem was that both had very noisy air conditioning systems. At night, when the outdoor temperature dropped, the room's air conditioning automatically switched to high speed, which was very loud, and manually adjusting it to low speed didn't work.

QQuentin FernandezDown the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.
