It's very close to the University of Washington, making it convenient for visiting the school. Parking is a bit expensive, but it's relatively safe and convenient. There's a Trader Joe's supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.

Staff at Belltown Inn is excellent. Checking in was warm and friendly while being efficient. ”Atlas” provided a great dining recommendation which we followed, much to the delight of our tummies. Location is dicey, however, we felt safe as the hotel has Security and locks its doors after a certain hour.

Great Location in downtown. It was easy to walk or jump on public transport to go wherever we wanted. Very clean, with a very young and hip vibe. Rooms were well taken care of and had everything we needed. Hotel prices were not expensive for what we got, great value! Parking was a little spendy, but a huge chunk of that was taxes so we would have paid it at other lots as well. No restaurant on site, but they did have a coffee bar with pastries and sandwiches. Across the street was an inexpensive coffee shop with great breakfast options too. We would definitely go back!

The hotel looks a little dated and there’s a smell in the corridor. However, the room was super clean, toilet is big with a lot of counter space and so clean too!!! The bed was the best, super comfortable! Had such a good sleep. There is also a lot of space to open your luggage. Also love that it is floor rather than carpet. Makes it feel much cleaner. There’s a microwave in the room which makes it so convenient to heat up food. Location wise, it’s near a Supermarket and the area felt safe. Overall, a super comfortable stay, will definitely return!

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

We ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. No doubt that this hotel will be a high demand in the future because of location, service especially Anne from front desk who’s very accommodating and helpful. My only concern and issues are the room that we have smells like an old house. I don’t know where the smell is coming from but the smell kills me. The bathroom is not safe because the water is the shower area goes out and suppose divider should prevent it. Towels smells weird. The shower spout is being installed very unprofessional. Also can you make the room noise proof because you can hear the conversation from the hallway and the noise from the above room. But the breakfast is awesome, good enough to fill up your tummy.

The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.

It is located in a quiet and safe place. The room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is also good.
