The front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

Staff at Belltown Inn is excellent. Checking in was warm and friendly while being efficient. ”Atlas” provided a great dining recommendation which we followed, much to the delight of our tummies. Location is dicey, however, we felt safe as the hotel has Security and locks its doors after a certain hour.

Best hotel in the area. Great location, close to light rail station and many restaurants. Nice and spacious room, fully kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff.

The overall ambiance was lovely and very cozy, and the staff were very friendly. However, the day after checking in on August 1st, I received a text message notification that the elevator was out of order. Thankfully, I was on the second floor, so it wasn't a huge issue then. But by the time I checked out on August 6th, it still hadn't been fixed. With luggage and an early flight to catch, this became quite inconvenient. Cleanliness and attention to detail also need improvement. Rooms were cleaned every other day, and I left a $5 tip each time, but the cleaning staff even left a cleaning rag in the bathroom. One major drawback was the noise from being close to the road. On the first night, we heard fire engine sirens three times, but it was fine on subsequent nights. Overall, though, it's very convenient for getting around, and popular attractions are within walking distance.

We ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient for transportation. However, parking is quite expensive due to a 24% tax. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a simple continental style. One downside was the significant noise at night, which made sleeping difficult.

It is located in a quiet and safe place. The room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is also good.
