"Clean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues. A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight. Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives. The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked. The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout. Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review. I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking."

"I recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out. Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports. The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac. Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!"

It took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay.

No doubt that this hotel will be a high demand in the future because of location, service especially Anne from front desk who’s very accommodating and helpful. My only concern and issues are the room that we have smells like an old house. I don’t know where the smell is coming from but the smell kills me. The bathroom is not safe because the water is the shower area goes out and suppose divider should prevent it. Towels smells weird. The shower spout is being installed very unprofessional. Also can you make the room noise proof because you can hear the conversation from the hallway and the noise from the above room. But the breakfast is awesome, good enough to fill up your tummy.

Hotels near Pudong Airport, it is very convenient to go to Disney and the airport. The hotel has a scheduled shuttle bus. Hotel decoration is very good, the service is not bad, but the surrounding is relatively remote, eating and drinking is not very good.

Relatively satisfied, the chair was broken and I almost fell, it's not soundproof, but it's convenient to check in and check out. The room is relatively large, fully functional, spacious and bright, and you can open the windows

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
