"We stayed at Homa as the first part of our 3 location 2 week holiday in Thailand. It was an excellent way to start our holiday at the end of a long-haul flight. The hotel is modern, fresh, ideally located and with excellent facilities. The staff were fantastic, extremely courteous and polite and always willing to help. The reception staff were great and a special thank you to Alice, she was awesome providing advice on tourist locations and restaurants to visit. The room (Studio Cool XL) was perfect, roomy, modern with everything needed. The gym facilities were great for cardio and weights and there are even daily gym classes covering a variety of options from Thai boxing, to stretching to weights with the gym instructors being enthusiastic and fun (A special shout out to Ang/Hang for his enthusiastic all over weights session). The roof top pool and sun lounging area was really special, amazing views and lots of room to relax and swim. Although the location is a little out of the main town, there are endless local restaurants nearby providing really great street food at 'local' thai prices, far more enjoyable than being ripped off in the centre of town. There's also a local night market walkable from the hotel. The hotel also offers FREE town bikes for guests to use, this provided a great opportunity to get around the area and see the full character of Phuket Old Town from the seat of a bike rather than a taxi or bus. Highly recommend to make use of the bikes. Overall we loved our stay at Homa, we were made to feel so welcome and the hotel staff and facilities were perfect."

"The hotel is lovely. Every unit has a pool view. It gives a resort vibe although it isn't near the beach. The bathroom comes with a shower cubicle and a long bath. I booked a room with 1 queen size bed & 1 single. But they upgraded us to a bigger room with 3 single beds which delighted us. The room deco is nice. I like that a halal restaurant, Casablanca is within the hotel. You can dine by the pool or in the comfort of the restaurant. It serves Indian food which is delicious & reasonably priced. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket."

"The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very convenient for reaching the beach and dining options, with shuttle boat services and paid tuk-tuks available. Upon check-in, a front desk staff member in a blue uniform initially assigned us a room at the very end of the secondary building. Although we had booked a lake view, the room's location meant we could hear motorcycles from the road and a noisy flock of birds in the garden downstairs. My booking notes were completely disregarded. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, and a very kind and helpful staff member in a pink uniform then led us to a central room in the main building. The view from there was excellent; we could see both the lake and the distant sea right from our bed, and it was also very quiet. Many thanks to that lovely girl! Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not for that minor hiccup during check-in."

"Had a great stay at this newly renovated hotel! Everything felt super clean and new, which I really appreciated. We had four people in our group, and the room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The staff were also amazing—really friendly and polite, and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfy and pleasant stay!"

"This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again."

"Clean room, very good breakfast, modern gym. Situated in a nice quiet area in Phuket, yet conveniently located near restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to Boat Avenue where the restaurants and pubs are, but u can also walk there as it's less than 10 min away by foot. Hotel also provides a free 2-way shuttle service to the beach. I stayed there during the low season so the price was a third of what it is during the high season. Would definitely stay again."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The location of that hotel is perfect, you can go to the beach for 5-7 minutes by foot, enough choice of cafes near the hotel, also you can go to the big shopping center for 30 minutes. That hotel territory is beautiful and clean everywhere. Beautiful trees and blooming flowers are inside and birds sing songs, butterflies fly and we even could see a squirrel on palm trees. Food is good, it’s not so big choice of dishes for European people but it’s enough for breakfast, you always find fried eggs, scrambled eggs ,fruit and vegetables and good coffee from coffee machine, tea and water . Also always croissants and waffles or pancakes. They have enough choice of Asian cuisine. I want to express my graduate to the hotel staff, especially Aun, Nong and Bua . These girls are always helped to us and gave us a good advice to visit another wonderful beach . We did it by taxi and we enjoyed it. The rooms are specious and clean . Each room has balcony and comfortable chairs with small table there. Cleaning was good and every day . You don’t need to worry about shampoo,shower gel, teeth brush and toothpaste , vanity kit , they will be in your bathroom. This hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. Here’s a shorter and more casual version you can use for **Trip.com**: --- **Nice stay – good value for the price** The bed was big and comfy, and I loved having pool access right outside the back door. They give free water and tea every day, and room service was easy to order or just walk to the restaurant. It’s quiet in the villas, just a bit of noise from the highway. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided, so bring your own. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but a shopping mall is a 5-min walk and 7-Eleven is about 7 mins away. Would stay again — way cheaper than other places I stayed in Phuket!"

"The hotel is nice if you want to stay near Old phuket town and Central phuket. However if you want to stay near the beach area , I would prefer something near the Kata or karon side. This hotel is newly constructed, and the rooms are good. The reception area is huge.The staff is very welcoming especially Poppy and Poy. On the contrary the hotel has no kids room or area if you are looking for that. The pool is not so good, it's decent. The breakfast section can be improved. One major disappointment was when I asked the staff to boil milk for my 2 year old baby , they asked me to pay 100thai bhat for it. That seemed a bit strange as I haven't been asked something like that in my previous experience.Overall, it's more of a business hotel rather than a holiday or a family vacation type. If you are travelling with a kid, you can avoid it as there is no activity for them."

"Great hotel, very fancy and huge! I would recommend instead of dining at the restaurant in the evenings, due to their terrible service, that you would venture outside the hotel and you would find amazing local restaurants with the best Thai food and amazing service!"
